The nurse was very nice.
The medical assistant was super wonderful. She was polite, great personality, very easy to talk to. She made me feel very comfortable. I'm a retired nurse myself so I have a tendency to critique doctor appointments but that medical assistant is a true asset for your company. She was even good at giving an injection at the end of my appointment. I'm not one to usually do reviews but my medical assistant was so good I felt like someone needed to know.

This was my first time using this clinic. I had a wrist injury which turned out to be a minor fracture. I love that I could check in online and arrive without much of a wait. The staff were extremely kind and knowledgeable. I was treated like they all knew me, not just another walk in. We are usually only here on weekends and hopefully I won't need urgent care again but if I or my family do we won't go anywhere else.

Had to make another review because they were once again amazing with my daughter! She left feeling better with some suckers and care. Can’t recommend them enough and will continuously use them for my family’s care. Thank you to the staff, what you do is so important and we are very grateful.

After "home"testing positive for Covid and dealing with a tough cough, I made an appointment via my phone. I signed in via their kiosk and was taken back within minutes. I found the the staff professional and friendly. The NP that I saw was very knowledgeable and informative. She called in the scripts I needed to my pharmacy and I was on my way. Very convenient for an after regular business hours visit.

Was seen in a timely manor, facility was quiet & clean which is so appreciated when you’re sick. Staff was also very friendly & had the medication on hand that I needed which saved me a trip to a pharmacy.

Great staff and service. This location can be very busy at times as it is the closet one around. They typically handle it well but can be a little bit of a wait

My husband was pretty sure he was dying. He wasn’t and everyone there was amazing. My only complaint is that they wouldn’t keep him there for the duration of his sickness. Seriously, they were quick, thorough, and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. They are definitely going to become our primary care providers.

Always a great experience at this urgent care facility. They listen and treat you asking questions to make sure nothing is missed. I only wish to be able to schedule an appointment by time instead of logging on to see when to go, but do understand why they do it that way.

I’ve been twice in one week got totally different things and both times the staff was incredible! Friendly, as quick as possible, and very thorough. 10/10 will go here from now on.

Everyone was nice and caring! This was my 2nd time coming in since I only come down once a year and I just love everyone in there! The NP was just the dweetest as well as the lady that checked me in and the nurse who gave me a shot.

Very kind and concerned for me. I was on lunch from work and they were very fast but very detailed and talked to me so I could understand what was going on with my health. Great bedside manner. Thanks to them all for what they do on a daily basis. Merry Christmas!!

Took the husband in for stitches on his finger. Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. Wait time was definitely acceptable. Will certainly go back when we need them.

Everyone was very nice and i didn’t have to wait forever. The online signin feature is wonderful. I walked in scanned my barcode and they called me back. I was there 35 minutes in total!

I would highly recommend this certain team and clinic at the Centre, AL clinic. I walked in and was taken back within 5 minutes and was out within 15 total minutes. The staff acted like they were all family, and you could tell they genuinely love their jobs. Such a family friendly environment.

I have had an exceptional experience at this clinic. The lady working front desk was such a sweetheart! She went above and beyond helping me with work related things. I appreciate her help more than I can express! Essence was such a blessing today!!

Always super friendly and fast. The Nurse practitioners really care and take time to sit and answer any questions you have so they give you the best care to get you to feeling better. My kids and I love Ms. Holly and NP Ms. Molly. They are the best in our book. I highly recommend this urgent care to anyone.

Main Street Family Urgent Care Clinic is one of the best we've ever been to! Molly, Holly and Essence are all so caring. They truly listen and try to make it easier to get to the root of the problem and fix it. Just that simple. I don't know why all doctors can't be this way. Five stars for these wonderful ladies and their jobs well done! We will definitely keep coming back!
