Always very helpful and polite. They also give a military discount which is a bonus. They have most everything and I don't have to mess with the big store on the other side of town.

Went to this Ace for the first time since moving from Arizona, in and out in under 5 minutes with a new traeger grill and accessories. Shocked by the size and selection, not to mention the great friendly service. Will definitely be a regular.

Kris was extremely helpful with my husbands needs. He took his time with him to guide him on how to do our propane needs. The store is well stocked, very clean and smells of warm popcorn. Nice staff.

Always have what you need, kind and helpful staff, they will even help load soil bags or whatever you need in your vehicle. Love this place!

Extremely happy with this store. We bought several gallons on paint this week. Nathan was the associate who assisted us and he did such a great job from start to finish.

They've always had exactly what I needed any time I've needed it especially when I was in Cabot and did not want to travel all the way to Home Depot. So I would say convenient and the people that work there are very nice and considerate and willing to show you exactly what you need.

I am usually a Lowes guy , but I have been extremely delighted with how organized and friendly the store and employees are . I made a gas heater purchase and saved a lot of money . Now I go there on a frequent basis , many times out of frustration with the other messy and poor employees at Lowes. Thank you ! This is how a business should be run.

I loved how organized everything was, employees were nice and helpful. Cashier was not very personable but got job done. I will definitely got here for quick part over big Corporate store.

Great store! They always have the bolts I need as opposed to Home Depot were there hardware bolt aisle is a clustered rats nest.

I went in looking for some paint colors and ended up picking a million swatches that I wanted sample paint cans of. Shawn was so helpful at the paint counter and didn’t act annoyed at all that he was mixing up a billion tiny paint cans. I tend to be so indecisive and he handled it so well! Very patient and top tier customer service. We will be using ACE for all of our future project needs!

We went to look around. We had not been there since they opened. I was also comparing canning supplies prices. Theirs was exactly the same as our very large chain store here. Don't want to mention name but I was pretty surprised. Kudos 👍

nut and bolts and screws,, the way they are supposed to be carried,, in bins, not plastic bags. you can take a project in and make sure the bolt or nut you buy will fit. I rather shop here then Lowes or Home depot for nut and bolts
