Update.. I returned to this location last night. The drive through employee was nice but my same complaint stands. Still offered no napkins or dinnerware.. this time had to go inside to get the rest of my order and the same guy that literally just handed me my order made me go back out and get the receipt to prove I had paid for the items missing when he just handed me the bag. I hadn't even left the parking lot. You would think with my being the only customer there at all, he would remember this very small order. Smh..

This is a all around local trip to a Louisiana kitchen right in your hometown. My experience with most locations, the flavor, and freshness is pretty consistent. Usually, a few minutes wait in the dine area. Usually, you can count on a 5 - to 10-minute wait in the drive-through. But folks understand, it's not a wait because the employees don't have it together, it's because they are making your shrimp and chicken absolutely fresh every time for everyone. So be patient. It's always worth it. One thing they could improve that for me has been a consistent problem is in the drive through, after that long wait for awesome food, they frequently forget to give napkins and disposable utensils and this never gets noticed until I'm down the road. Other than that, keep up the great, friendly service.

I deliver for Door Dash in my spare time, and I just recently started Door Dashing in Cabot. I must say, the staff here…they are on top of their game. Friendly, fast, and efficient. Kudos to the managers and crew members at this location! Y’all rock.

POPEYES is great on some days in Cabot Ar. Some days they get lazy, not so good. But their prices are ridiculous.

The mild chicken is my absolute favorite. I love the chicken breast and the crust is so crispy. Their prices are good as well. I really am impressed with the service, price and taste. I can get the family meal (usually 10 pieces for $15.99 and 10 chicken strips for the same $15.99). This is a great price (other places are quite a bit higher.

I was at the drive thru but it took so long I walked inside. As soon as I walked inside I was the first in line to order. The food is incredible and I love the chicken sandwich. But who doesn't lol.the guy behind the counter did not get me order correct tho. But I didn't notice til I left.

If you're looking for a great place to eat with wonderful servers, look no further! This place has a huge buffet and the servers are very attentive to the customer! Great food, great service, and an awesome location!

Great food and even better costumer service. Our food was brought to us at dine in. Very friendly people. I recommend this place.

My Favorite Chicken of all time. I love thier Spicy Chicken. I have been eating it since 1979 when i lived in New Orlean's, LA

I bought the 16-piece family meal, supposed to include: 16 pieces of chicken, 3 large sides, 8 biscuits, and I added 4 extra biscuits plus extra honey packets. I spent $46 for my family of 4 adults. When I got home (30 minutes away), they forgot 8 biscuits, but I got my order of 4. By that time they had closed plus it wouldn't have been feasible to drive 30 minutes there then drive 30 minutes home. I'm pretty upset about it because it was a really special night for us, and Popeyes screwed it up for us.

One visit I had didn’t go so well. I had filed a complaint but not to really get anyone in trouble, just to remind them to slow down. I understand when it gets busy it gets chaotic and everyone feels rushed. Nonetheless, my email had been replied to shortly after sending by Ms. Cash whom I believe is the manager. I had been busy with work and had replied weeks later, my apologies. Ms. Cash was still very accommodating and understanding. My next visit was great and Ms. cash had resolved the issue I had initially. She was polite, attentive, and still very understanding of the situation. She went above and beyond. I will definitely revisit. Thank you again!

Food was great tasting, and you could tell it had been cooked fresh. It was still hot from the fryers, and there was bare minimum wait time, in line, and for the food.

The manager on duty at the time had an employee who was bein difficult, and back talkin, I'm assuming from the sounds of it. The manager made it "crystal" clear with her precise, to the point, "wasn't gonna take no bull****" tone, all that the while remaining completely respectful to the out-of-line employee throughout the whole ordeal. It was nice to see that there's still people tryna teach this younger generation how to be a good and hard working person, irregardless of where it is that you work, or what your position may be, and that's coming from someone considered to be of "this younger generation!" All together, my whole experience was quite enjoyable. Thank you!

THEY ARE GREAT NOW, used to be slow and rude but this new staff is amazing, got my food quick, there were sometimes where it took time for them to get my order and take it, they have been understaffed and need more WORKERS!

Besides usually having to wait at the drive thru for a while, the food is always great. They have food coupon deals.

I went via the Drive-thru and was behind 5 cars and the line was moving fast. Also the food tasted fresh...... And I mean fresh ill be shopping with this Popeyes once a week it was extremely good.
