Gene and Jacob were awesome. They were able to identify an exhaust port gasket from what was left of it (it was shredded). They were also extremely patient. Overall, great customer service.

Wonderful place. Very helpful and quick. Prices are better for me due to working for an auto place. Regular prices are higher. They are equivalent or less than other locales. The customer service is great at both locations I go to, NLR and Cabot.

Had issues with battery bought lasted 13 months brought it back and Seth took care replacing it. Seth installed new battery and I was on my way within 10 minutes. Seth is knowledgeable, professional and very kind he is a great asset to your company.

I really can't say enough nice things about the gentleman that handle this store so well. You can tell that automotive is really their forte. From fuses, batteries, window motors, transmission lines, and so much more, they have the knowledge to get you back up and running with a smile. They don't kill your budget, & they don't talk down to their lady customers. I enjoyed doing business here.

I sat in the vehicle while a co-worker ran inside to grab something they needed for their personal vehicle but I can assure you while I was in the vehicle it was a very lovely view of the front of their building.

My salesperson, Jonathan, was great. Got my touch-up paint exactly right to match my car. Store was clean, organized, staff was very helpful and friendly.
