Big Lots

When you sign up and get coupons, you can't beat the savings. The prices with coupons are better than Walmart, at least for what I bought. And the staff are extremely nice and helpful. They helped me with an exchange as I bought the wrong color of a cushion I was buying 4 of. The guy even said, after I complemented him, the last thing you need is a grumpy salesperson. I'm very. happy I stopped in to see what they had.

She listened attentively to my needs and preferences and then expertly guided me through the different furniture options available. As I was purchasing a significant amount of furniture, I was initially concerned about the logistics of the delivery and assembly process. However, Kelly put my worries to rest by providing me with detailed information about the delivery process and offering to coordinate everything for me. This was a huge relief as it allowed me to focus on choosing the perfect furniture pieces for my home. Throughout the entire purchasing process, Kelly was patient, attentive, and extremely helpful. She took the time to explain the features and benefits of each piece of furniture and helped me make informed decisions based on my budget and style preferences. We love Big Lots. There is always something fun to buy. Interesting things to buy. Just watch as prices are not always the cheapest.

Came to find a recliner chair. Found one but not the color I wanted, will go back at later date.

My local big lots was out of stock of a sleeper sofa and they told me it was in stock in Marysville. Kelly helped me over the phone and in person. She was super nice and I got the sleeper sofa delivered by Todd who was super nice as well!! Great customer service all around

It's not only great but the best if you get bored don't worry they let you lay on the beds and sit on the couches the have great foods to buy and if you need furniture they are there

Best big lots I've been to, hands down. The sales lady was extremely helpful in selecting my purchases. Checked for items in the back, and ones coming on a truck just to satisfy my purchase. Large store location that's not overburdened with stuff everywhere like some are. Clean and helpful staff. Would recommend going here.

Wow they are packed with all kinds of Christmas stuff and the cashiers are wonderful! Price range is perfect for your money problem's of today. Got all I needed for $85!!!

Employees were all nice and welcoming. One lovely lady helped me find some headbands. Overall the store felt inviting and i left a happy customer

Some really good prices

I like the new store lay out. Easier to look at furniture, and more than before. Some of the other catagories got condensed a bit, but still nice selection. I usually go here to look for something, but not to specifically, and generally I find exactly what i need. Or get something I didnt know I needed that was useful.

I went in to see about buying a couch and ended up spending more than $1500.00 due to the people working at this store. I had unbelievable experience with customer service and really appreciated my experience working with people who actually care about their jobs and customer service. Thank You!!

The store is clean and nicely laid out. The staff are friendly and very helpful. This is one of the best Big Lots in the area.

Fun place to shop. It used to be way more affordable, but even before the insane inflation rate the prices were getting a bit high.

Very clean and organized store. Never super busy. Sales staff are quick to answer questions and direct you to stock on hand. I have been to many Big Lots stores. Some are just a mess... especially in the mid-west.

I bought a twim frame, a box spring and mattress. All name brands. All for under $400. This made me very happy. The people that helped me were very professional. Great attitudes. Friendly service. I was impressed. I will be back! Thank you Big Lots.
