Went in to get a passport photo.. The passports photo never turn out that well. He took the photos and I said hope I am not on the 10 most wanted. He mentioned it is good and I choked on my laughter and said “you fibbed”. We were both laughing and I was right on. I could have been on the 10 most wanted criminals. Honestly it was a great interaction between two people. Life is too hard anymore and we both had a good laugh. He did it more politely and I howled, I was laughing so hard. Keith’s customer service is a lost art and ha should be a trainer for all of UPS employees!

From the moment I called with questions all the way through to checkout Keith displayed outstanding customer service. 😍

I had to mail docs to my wife and Keith helped me facilitate that with better direction and added certainty that my wife would receive the docs with plenty of time to spare.

Every package I have trusted UPS with has always make it in time and have never had any issues. Also the customer service provided at the stores is always above and beyond.

What a great store. I took in some rather large packages to go back to Amazon so my hands were pretty full. While I was waiting in line I noticed the card rack and chose a birthday card for a friend. I couldn't easily hold it so I stuck it in the front of my purse with the intention to pay for it when I got to the counter. Ooops! It was until about an hour later that I noticed the unpaid for card. The next day I called the store to pay for the card with a credit card. The person I spoke to was so kind after I explained what had happened. He said "Merry Christmas" and said not to worry about it.

The people in this store really went above an beyond on their printing service with a last minute order that I needed for a very important event. I worked with people and it made it a better experience without any "lost in translation" details because of automated systems.

I highly recommend this store because they treated me like a neighbor and got the job done.

I can't thank Keith and James enough for their efficiency and decency.

Forever Grateful! Will definitely return for all of my UPS business!!!

I’ve used them for three years now. Lately I feel so bad for the staff. The Amazon returns being allowed here mean there’s always more business than the location can handle, even when six people are working. I wish UPS corporate had thought about the physical size of their stores before they did this policy. I’ve seen more customers being just downright nasty in the last three months than ever before.

In terms of the work they do, I love knowing my mail and packages aren’t getting stolen. On Christmas Eve they stopped to help run a document outside to catch the departing truck so it would make it before the holiday.
A couple folks mentioned wishing they wore their masks. I agree but also recognize there’s plexiglass to the extreme and lifting the gigantic boxes people ship while wearing masks may not be possible. Mostly though the size of the store and the amount of foot traffic means the staff can’t even try to practice social distancing.

I wish this owner would take over several other locations. I go out of my way to use this location because it far exceeds other local stores for services and customer service.

Needed a package sent and had problems qith the return information. Although the store was crazy busy, Keith took time to listen to my problem. He held my package until I got better shipping info and completed my transaction over the phone. He was very kind and efficient. Thank you

We've used notary services with them a couple times, and both times the service has been exceptional. This last time, on June 2nd, we were closing on a mortgage remotely, and we were absolutely frantic from the whole process. Ravi and Keith were a huge help, calmly walking us right through the process and even staying with us while we called the Title Company to ensure the documents were exactly right before mailing them back. Even while juggling a busy lobby, they were kind, professional, patient, and a real pleasure to work with.

Keith was the only associate in store as his coworkers were late, when I got there there was one individual ahead of me and shortly there after there was about 6 of us in line. He welcomed each person and assured us he would be with us momentarily. I watched him very calmly and totally professionally help 3 people at a time with what seemed like ease...very impressive! Fast, accurate, friendly, clean store and personal appearance also he WAS wearing face coverings..with the masks n social distancing still in affect.. I will do all my business with this specific store from now on.

Keith and his team provide an absolutely excellent service. We happened to be in the area for lunch and stopped by to get something notarized. I had some print work that I had planned to take to my local Seattle area fedex Kinko’s but since we were there I figured I can have Keith print those out. The service, care, and consideration that Keith provided was professional, fun, welcoming and above all incredible quality.
The store was busy - but Keith and team paid attention to everyone! Such a gem of a customer service experience! I’ll be back for sure - even if I have to drive from bothell to see the team. Totally worth it.

I had a challenging package and they were able to help me easily. The staff and owner here are sharp and very helpful. Took the stress of my situation away and left me knowing I was in good hands. I also saw them go out of their way to assist several of their postoffice-box customers retrieve packages that wouldn't fit in their boxes. Great crew here!

I have had a mailbox at this location for many years. Although it costs more than the regular post-office, it is WAY worth it. You rarely have to wait in line and if you do not for long. The staff at this location are rock stars, always very friendly and helpful. It is great they hold your packages behind the counter. So many people I know who have had packages delivered to their home have had them stolen. A box at the UPS store ensures you’ll receive all of your packages.
