Of all the JCPennys I've been to lately this one surprised me the most. From the outside it looks small but it is a lot bigger when you get inside. Though it could use a modern remodel they did well with what they had. Great bargains and selection. The staff is really helpful. I really like shopping at this one. The zombies lurking the parking lot at night aren't enough to keep me away though daylight shopping is highly recommended.

I'm glad this store has withstood the troubled times of North Marysville and the little mall there that so many stores didn't survive there, i have always liked to shop at this store and with everyone buying online these days I myself like to go into a store and buy things and try things on and touch the items then buy them and not have to send them back 3 -4 times though amazon or other online retailers before you get it right the way you want it and fits maybe im old school but thats how I like to do and this is a great store to shop for clothes.

Everyone was so helpful trying to get something taken care of. Rest of the staff was also very friendly and helpful. It’s a stand alone store which was so new to us so it’s a little small but perfect for looking for things that are truly needed.

I bought an item online and it was too small so I took it back to the store for a return. They were friendly and helpful.

Clothes are real cotton, not throw away like the big box stores Fred Meyer, wallmart, and Marshalls.
If your looking for clothes that will last at a reasonable price shop here.

The people there are very helpful.. the store is very clean. The people were very friendly as well . You felt like you were visiting and old friend, not like the new stores hurry up spend your money and get out of here it's the last of the by bones store. It's a walk down memory lane in a fast moving world thank you j c Penny's. I needed that.

My trip to JC Penney's was most wonderful. My size is extremely hard to find. Upon entering, I just asked the 2 ladies at the desk to point me in the right direction. They actually walked me through and did my shopping for me. WITH me. Very fast and oh so helpful. Thank you girls.

Great discounts on shirts for the teenager going back to school. Made up for the blue Jeans that were an ok deal. Lots of help in the jewelry dept.

It was the last stop of a long day of back-to-school shopping. I wish I had gotten the lovely lady's name who helped us, she went way out of her way to help us with a hard to find item. And she found us 7 of the shirts we were looking for, all for a clearance price! Amazing, above and beyond customer service! Thank you! This was Tues, Sept 3rd around 6pm, the lady who helped us was younger, dark curly hair. Glasses I think. If you give customer service awards, she deserves one!

I went into the JC Penney in Marysville WA . I explained to Linda that I was buying clothes for a girl in Foster Care. I also explained that I was having a difficult time because of her size. She jumped right in to help me. She was what I would say customer service is all about. I appreciate her help and her willingness to help. I was not a bother to her at all <3 Thank you Linda!!

I finally found a store that carried the BIG AND TALL mens clothing at a price I can afford in MARYSVILLE. I used to shop at k-mart and Sears but AMAZON and Walmart put them out of BUSINESS locally and after a 4 year search I have new underwear and Cargo shorts!

The employees at this store really go out of their way to provide great customer service.

I love this Penney's. Has more selection than most of the larger Penney's. I like how Penney's is giving $10.00 rewards for every $50.00 spent plus usually is giving another 20% off. Just love all the discounts available.

My nephew and i went to the Marysville, wa store this afternoon to deal with a men's tie issue. The staff went above and beyond to help us. Five employees came to our rescue. All of them were cheerful and made sure our situation was resolved before we left the store. I did not get their names, unfortunately. Because of employees that helped us today, i will continue to shop at Penney's. You five are the best! Thank you very much.

Love this JC Penney location! Marysville, WA is 45 minutes away from where I normally shop. But, whenever I am near here, I will stop in to "Browse". This time it was shortly after Christmas day. I expected a mess, long lines and nobody available to assist. I was pleasantly surprised to see that everything was GREAT as usual. Organized, clean and stocked. The sale items clearly marked. And the clearance items.....I saved over $450! Thank you - Great Job JC Penney Marysville, WA.

Ordered online and it was ready to pick up within the hour. When I got there everyone was very courteous. They have a great staff that works there. I'll definitely be going back

I like going to Pennys they always have great things. And the people there are always nice and very helpful. I would be very sad if we did not have a Penny's close by me.
