I love being in sensory overload with all of the amazing products. I got the buy one get one free candle offer, so now I'm ready for a power outage haha! Amazing new scents on the shelves!

Went in for a specific sent and wasn't really needing anything else until one of the employees told me about a sent that was discontinued along time ago that had come back in. So I eneded up buying that instead. Like 5 bottles more. Just incase it won't come back again. Lol I was a happy camper when I left. Hope you have good deals come thru again if like to get more of it before it disappears again lol thank you to the employee 😊

Sales associates at Store# 81620 in Marysville WA, were friendly, cheerful, attentive, and helpful. Even after I bumped into a display, and bottles came tumbling down, they were very gracious.

People here is so helpful and the prices when they have offers are great. I like their quality.

Great place to shop for yourself or gifts love there candles..if your have there app.. you accumulate points pretty quickly and once you've reached your max points you receive a choice of so many different things in their store of 16.75 or under.. and you get great coupons to use with your purchase with using the app

The store will forever remind me of my teenage years and sun ripened raspberry and juniper breeze, coconut lime started it all. Very friendly, helpful staff. Love that it's a standalone store.

Love this place, always smells amazing too... Staff is always friendly, If I had any issues it would be .....well it's not an issue.... I completely understandable, it's a business decision for marketing but I get bummed when suddenly something I love randomly is discontinued but that's where the marketing comes in .....because sometimes 3 or 6 months later, it's brought back....lol.... I will always love Bath n Body works!!! ♥

This is a great place to have so close to me. The girls were so helpful and friendly. I've never shopped at Bath & Body Works before but let me tell you I'm hooked. They were having a 75% off sale so I grabbed a couple things. Had to go back for more before it ended. The girls got me signed up so I wont miss out on the deals. Thank you and see you again.🙂

Tonight I went for a few exchanges, I had ordered a few different candles and hand soaps online and I didn’t like the scents when I got them in person. They were so accommodating and helpful! There were a few bumps in the transaction but the I’m assuming store manger helped out and made the transactions easier and more smoothly. I think this was the best customer service I’ve had in a long time.

Had black Friday sale buy 3 get 3 free. Employees were very friendly and helpful.

I wish this store was in a better, nicer location. It's kind of in a sketchy part of town. I have anxiety for the safety of.the staff. Some of the addicts and homeless are aggressive and wild. Other than that, the shop is clean and beautifully decorated with all the bits and bobs of B&BW. Bright and cheerful and the staff are equally energetic. Stay safe, ladies and gents.

The store was very clean! They had a hand sanitizer station when you first came in as well as a table with bags to put your stuff in that doubles for carrying out your purchase. The employees were super welcoming, friendly and helpful. The selection was pretty good, lots of new fall scented candles, not many for body care. Many things were on sale. I really wanted to smell the fragrances as I'm super picky, especially for pumpkin inspired ones. Love coming here to get my fall smell fix!

I Love this store ,it's not in a big mall you can park , purchase and go home. I wish there were more like it near Bothell. Good selection and the employees are so helpful. I always look forward to the new festive holders and fragrances and the foam soap is a must have.

Everyone at the store was very helpful, especially Sandra. Sandra answered all my questions and was making sure to show me around the store and asked what I was interested in and provided suggestions. She gave great customer service and I felt at home in the store. I definitely will be back.
