Awesome place in Hopewell for having good Coffee in the evening. Not much crowded and we can order Online while on the way and collect the Order.

Had a great experience! Friendly Staff! Miran is the best! My brother has an allergy and they handled it with so much care- which dosent always happen with allergies!

EDIT: They finally have their vegetarian food options in stock most of the time! The employees are always on top of orders, my order is always on time.

Original: No idea what happened to this Starbucks, it used to be good but now they never have anything vegetarian in stock.
It’s unfortunate that this store advertises something that they never have.
Note to mgmt: please fix. There are hungry vegetarians that can’t get anything except a dry bagel.

I'm not sure what time the reviewers are going to this place that have complaints, probably during rush hour, so they should expect lines and business, but I've never had a problem. I do go on off hours, and sometimes wait and sometimes don't. If you are waiting, it's because of that person in front of you that orders 3 diffterent drinks with triple shots, extra whip, etc. The more special requests, the longer it will take. Not the baristas fault. Staff have always been friendly and as quick as can be while still maintaing the accuracy of the orders. I don't get food there, just coffee, so I cannot comment on that other than it's a coffee shop, not a full cafe, so of course, selections are limited. .

Super dope staff...very down to earth and great customer service. Efficient, clean, thorough and greets you with a wave before you even close the door behind you into the store. Makes you feel like family! I don't even care about the prices the staff is like family and remembers what you order and how you like your order!!! I will travel from my job which is 5 miles vs going to the one downtown! Just because of the staff in the day shift!

Great service! Has never been out of stock of any item as long as I've been going here! (~2 years). Baristas are great and always helps out when something is wrong with my order or if I have questions about an event or promotion.
Store is very clean and well laid out! The sitting area is beautifully positioned and their condiments (when it's safe to have out) is always stocked.
Also they always have local business cards and useful information that really fosters a great sense of culture. I enjoy coming in for the new flyers and events almost as much as for the coffee!

Love this Starbucks! The staff is always very nice and accommodating, even when things get busy. Never had a bad order here, they clearly put in effort to make good drinks.

This is my second visit here at the Starbucks on my way home from military leave. I must say this time around was the best service I've ever received. Kate was the person who assisted me and she was very professional and even took her time to help me pick out a drink that I can like and even advised me that I don't have to have regular milk in my drink and told me my options. Kate thank you very much for your patience with me I appreciate it My day was a hard one and with your help you made it an easier night.

Always good coffee. The latest Komodo is great dark roast.
Update a week later. These guys are the greatest. Did not have the coffee I was looking for but they rounded up some Dark Roast Sumatra for a pour over. Could not be better. Not too much in the way of snacks out so picked the Crispy Grilled Cheese that I normally would not have ordered. Once warmed it was perfectly flavored and CRISPY. Awesome break after a hard morning working.

This Starbucks is always super friendly and efficient! I asked if I was standing on the right side to pick up food since it had been about 10 mins, I was in no rush and saw they were busy, just wanted to make sure. Kenny was awesome and checked on my order immediately and brought my order back with a giftcard for next time! He was kind and apologetic, which was not necessary but very much appreciated! Hard working staff, and a great environment!

Great experience every time I stop by. Yesterday was the only time I had an issue. I ordered a drink through the app for mobile pickup (for the first time). I got there 10 minutes later and my drink wasn't ready. I proceeded to wait another 10-20 min and nothing. The barista (Austin) noticed I had been waiting a while and asked if he could help. I explained the situation, to which he apologized and promptly made my drink. He even gave me the next size up, free of charge, and apologized again. I was so thankful. He mentioned that he did not see my order in the system, but made my drink regardless. Obviously a fluke with the app, not the store. I will continue going here.

The staff is great and the lines move quickly. Excellent experience at this location every time.

Great service for starters, asked for blonde roast when they were out, they told me 15 minutes but I was out the door in 10 with my other pineapple matcha iced drink and pumpkin cold brew something(btw yum). Everyone was friendly and when I asked for a drink tray and ice water later when they were really starting to get busy the wonderful staff accommodated me without batting an eye and presumably a smile on their face (face masks make it hard to tell but it showed in their eyes)

Always my favorite stop of the morning. Always polite and usually very fast!

I love this place. The lines bunch up sometimes, but it's Starbucks what else can you except. I stop in like 3 times a week and I always leave with my drink and a smile. The staff is friendly and always nice

It’s a well run location. Beware of the crazy parking lot and queuing issues. The site engineer who designed the stacking for the drive-thru should be made to navigate that lot every morning to get his coffee.

It is so mice to be able to walk in and be greeted by name. Nice atmosphere and clean

Everyone here is awesome and friendly. If you're a regular, they remember what you like and how you like it. Shay is great, as are many others. Worth the visit!

This Starbucks has outdoor seating but no drive thru. The staff is fast and friendly. IMHO this is one of the best in the area.
