Starbucks

I will come back. Tried their new Apple Crisp Oatmilk macchiato! I shared with the barista that I like it a little on the sweet side so they put a couple extra pumps and it was amazing. Service was good accurate and fast.

I ❤ this place especially when I have to go into the office. The drive into the office is long and frustrating with all the slow drivers. But, sipping whatever coffee I bought that day takes the stress of driving away. I can't comment on the food because I've never tried it. I like their coffee very much. So, go get a book and a coffee from Starbucks, and Enjoy!

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the drink selection was outstanding. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the store was clean and well-organized. Overall, I highly recommend this Starbucks location for a consistently remarkable coffee experience.

Great drive through service here. The staff were very friendly and fun to chat with. We ordered an almond milk chai latte and a sugar free steamer - both were excellent. I can't speak to the atmosphere but from what we could see, it was warm and inviting, like the staff.

Wow! I've been to many Starbucks before, and never experienced such polite and friendly servers. I think the best way I can describe all of them, is like this. Think of the service you receive at a high end restaurant. It was like that. I know that's a bold statement for a Starbucks, but seriously, I feel like Matt should be a waiter at a five star restaurant.

So I’ve been going here for quite awhile and I noticed that the staff changed quite a bit. When I asked why they left, they specifically said that they didn’t want to deal with the horrible district management, poor uncompetitive pay (and many benefits they are technically unable to use), and the poor protection the company gives to their employees. I’ve been to many other stores where it is norm to wear the mask and follow procedures, but at this store specifically, I have never seen such rude customers! No wonder many of the employees look so unenthusiastic about working there! They do nothing but complain, and when they try to connect, they get looked at as if they are nothing more than dirt! I was thinking about encouraging my daughter to work there, but I would not subject my daughter to such terrible treatment! To those employees working through the awful treatment, poor pay, and hard work, kudos to you and thank you for doing what you do! I don’t think I could be paid as little as you do to be yelled at, worked with such little staff, and attempt to connect to these customers every day only to get snapped back. I hope you all get better treatment and get the support from the company to reach out to the community and have them actually stand up for you!

I love coming to this location! Everyone is always so welcoming and caring! Today, Matt, was exeptionally welcoming and made my Saturday a whole lot better. Thank you Starbucks, Hales Corners! You ladies and gents are always my go-to place for a study session, or if I need a pick-me-up. Thank you! Keep doing what you are doing!

Busy location but staff was excellent.

Seems like my drink changes every Starbucks I go to which is odd but it was still good.

I absolutely adore the girls who work here they’re always the sweetest! Of course the drinks are good too but the customer service they provide is unmatched :)

I asked if they could make a tree nut free pumpkin spice latte and they were amazing, specifically washed everything to make sure no cross contamination. And double checked all ingredients. It is so nice to have people who care so you can enjoy some good drinks without being afraid of going into an allergic reaction. Thank you Matt, you guys are awesome!

of course it's great coffee but I am leaving a review because of the service I received. I went there on April 27th and needed some stir sticks for a project I'm working on. I was given Easter sticks without any questions asked and they were happy to help me out.

Great service and staff!! Everyone is very nice and friendly! I always get my order within a reasonable amount of time; they’re very busy and hardworking!

The baristas are always friendly! I forgot to call ahead today to order two travelers and they were really friendly about it. They are really good at getting your order (and name) right. This is my favorite Starbucks on this side of town.

Good customer service with friendly staff. Quick service. Well made coffee. I love their outside sitting area. I enjoyed a nice afternoon catching up with a friend sitting outdoors. The Mocha Chip frapacino was delicious.

Consistently friendly staff, we have been going through the drive thru since the pandemic hit, they have been great here. All our coffees have been awesome. Love this location
