AT&T Store

Sonia at this location was very helpful. She guided me step by step and ensured everything worked before I left. Very detailed and oriented. She gave me the best deal and coverage for what I wanted and needed. She helped me save on my bundling deal. She deserves a raise!

Sonia was great, she greeted us as soon as we walked through the door, and helped us with our bill, & help us get the cheapest deal, we didn't even know we were overpaying, we also ended up getting my cellphone ported from Xfinity to AT&T & an upgrade. I went from a 12 PRO to a 15 PRO MAX. She was super sweet and patient. We try to avoid going in to the stores, but she really made us change our minds and now we will always go in whenever we have questions. She's great!

Ok so I was one of those customers that came in 30 minutes before closing and Sonia was so sweet and took the time to help me upgrade phones and switch to my own plan. She explained everything thoroughly and was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. I didn’t get a single vibe that she was annoyed or ready to go home (even if that’s what most retail people feel like) so that was comforting for me. I would 100% recommend coming here! This store has always been a great help. I just worked with Dave last night and he was super awesome. Friendly and quick. No pressure to get extra stuff and did what he could to solve my issues/quedtions.

Andy (or andres) was amazing. We had a bunch of phones we needed to switch over and he really went the extra mile to help make sure everything went smoothly. He was extremely kind and made the process go as enjoyable as it could be. We really appreciated the extra effort and time he spent to help us out! The best service we have had in a while at any at&t store. Safe to say if my family needs any phone help, we are definitely headed to Andy!!!

Representative Andy was excellent! We have a large amount of items on our account and it can get messy. He took the time to understand what things we were trying to do. He was friendly and patient and got us sorted out with 3 new phones, accessories and a plan for our remaining line upgrades.

The staff are great. They're friendly and well trained, skilled and knowledgeable. They are dedicated to giving you a good experience, and resolve issues, or guide you through the new phone experience.

I recently moved back to salem and always used this location. I recently had some phone issues and the customer service is still great as it was years ago. Sonia did a great job of helping figure out what I needed to do. Highly recommend this location

Yesterday my husband and I came in to get my phone transferred over to his account. Dillion helped us and he was super friendly, efficient and helped us get in and out. Very good customer service! Talked us through everything and gave us a lot of helpful information to help us make our decision.

Dave Matthews helped me and my mom for over an hour. He was incredibly helpful. He talked us through everything that was happening and every service that was on our accounts. He explained in detail all of the options AT&T provides that we might be interested in, all while being friendly and not too pushy with recommendations. Over all it was a very pleasant experience and we will be returning to this location.

Kat spent more than a with me, helping me get my new phone set up. Her help was invaluable, and I would welcome a chance to do business with her again. I just need to figure out how to make my review post under my name instead of my husband’s name now.

Dropped by the store tonight to upgrade and preorder the iPhone 15 Pro Max and Jose was very quick, friendly knowledgeable and efficient to help me place my order in approximately 10 minutes! Only AT&T store I visit in Salem due to great staff!
