Rack Room Shoes

The manager Debbie Wood is awesome! She is probably the best Rackroom manager I have ever encountered before. She is very knowledgeable and honest I would venture to say that she knows everything there is to know about footwear. Because if her I now know that it isn’t the shoes that I was picking out that were either too big or to small, it was that I have an extra wide foot. The store is always clean and well stocked. The customer service that she and her staff provide is better than any other shoe store or Rackroom that I have shopped at.

The manager took her time and called several other locations looking for the shoes I needed. Wish I had remembered to get her name.... will shop there again. Unfortunately, no one had the shoes I was looking for in stock.
