The new manager Austin is great! Really knowledgeable and professional. Help me order my new phone and then set everything up. Also hooked me up with a great deal and I got $700 off my phone. 100% would recommend this store. New management is much better than previous.

The people at this AT&T store were incredibly helpful. I had been on the phone the previous night with tech support and advanced tech support for an issue for over 2 hours and they couldn't remedy the situation. Eric at this location figured the problem out in 5 minutes and was very professional and kind. Great service with the staff here.

This store has the best of the best. Austin was absolutely fantastic in providing answers to our questions. He was also very patient with us. I know people can often get irritable by the end of the day and are ready to go home. Austin ensured we left with the information we needed and were 100% satisfied. I highly recommend using this store when you are in the area.

I have never had a problem at the store on 157 in Cullman Al. I will drive out of my way to go to their store and NOT stop at the one in town. They are extremely helpful and always very courteous. Thanks for all of your help Justin!

The 2 guys I worked with last night were awesome and even though there was issues with the network they stayed till well after closing to make sure everything was perfect as possible in the transition from Verizon to AT&T. I will definitely make this the store I go to when Im in town

Recently purchased att tv. Had a really good experience. The associate that assisted me, Caleb, was very professional and polite and seemed to be very knowledgeable on the products they offer.

Their customer service woz good even though they only had one person in the store working at the moment but the gentleman made sure While waiting for something with the 1st set of customers he came over in help me out to. Very friendly.
