Very nice young ladies took my order, I had a cup of coffee and enjoyed two donuts inside the facility. I was comfortable and the place smelled great. I'm thankful and pleased.

They had a special on glaze doughnuts . There was a line wrapped around the building and the inside was full. We waited in the line for 2 to 21/2 hours. They need a better solution especially when they have specials.

This is legit and what I admire the most about it besides their products of course is the simplicity of the decor along with the cleanliness. The associates are friendly and energetic and that’s always a good sign in such a busy place. The Restroom is well kept and smells fresh. The seat appears to be new. Located right on edge of both I-20 and I-285 for quick refill and be back on their commute.

Yet another great experience at our local Krispy Kreme. Enticed yet again by the hot sign and the 75% off chocolate donuts with purchase of a dozen regular. Fresh off the rollers and ready when I arrived. The only downside is the ticket did not print out my complete beverage order and therefore it was incorrect but definitely not the representatives fault.

Employees were very kind and fast when taking my order. The donuts were phenomenal! My only recommendation is to make certain that when placing an order for coffee, you are clear on how many creams and sugars that you want. All in all a great experience

The cashier was working alone. She was so nice and pleasant. She worked very efficiently and she had such an awesome personality. I will definitely go there again.

When I usually go to this location, I get rude employees but this particular day on 10/1/23 @ 5:23pm, I had the BEST experience I’ve had at this store! Ms. Quallashia really made my day with her amazing customer service, her wonderful attitude, sweet/innocent personality… I cherish people like her! It makes a person’s day to know that with the way the world can be so cold and cruel, there are people out there, like her, that are made for customer service! I really hope her manager sees this review and rewards her because baby, SHE DESERVES IT!!! Thank you for brightening my day with your kindness! It means SO MUCH! ☺

Unlike the location in Snellville, this location (Wesley Chapel) offered an amazing experience. The Manager (Male with dreads) and staff (young female with braids) were extremely professional, kind and thorough. I was greeted within 4 seconds of walking into this doughnut shop and the doughnuts were amazing. Thank you for being the best of Krispy Kreme, because I had kind of given up on Krispy Kreme and all because the horrible experience and product I had at the Snelleville, GA location.

I like this location because it is in a very convenient area. The service is always good and my donuts are always fresh. I only come here for my glazed lemon filled donuts! They are really delicious!

Pump your brakes these donuts are hot off the grill. You have to eat more than one! Good customer service and excellent service always clean. Right off the exit Wesley Chapel I-20.

Went to try the new biscoff donuts and they were yummy! I go here whenever I’m having a craving for donuts!

Donuts are usually always fresh.. the Decatur location is the best by far. Love the new Reese's donuts(on the left of picture) blueberry cake is another favorite (on right of picture) Great deals some weekends you can get 2 dozen for $13 which is like buying one dozen and getting the other free. Also $5 dozens are hits too.. reward system is cool as well..

Wanted to share on behalf of my father. He came home raving about the fantastic customer service and experience he had here. He was waiting in the drive-through line, which sounded to be busy. The manager was thoughtful enough to come out and invite him inside, which was virtually empty. The manager was super friendly and Dad just had a great visit and will be returning.

45 for three dozen donuts. Whew. But hot and fresh for educators. Went like hotcakes the Friday before break.

I love going to this location! The donuts and the customer service are great! I have been loving the Reese's donuts lately but there only there for a limited time. I usually get the strawberry when I go there! They are always busy but they always have the donuts I want!
