IHOP

I came today 12/29/23. My food was good and fresh. My server Brandon was very nice and checked on me. The bathroom was clean and smelled like disinfect which I love. All the employees I came across was very polite. This made me very happy in my neighborhood.

When I went it was in the middle of the week the service was good. The food was fresh and service was fast. The waiter was attentive and came back repeated to ask if we had everything we needed. I had no complaints regarding the service, but to those who do have any difficult you need to complain to there corporate headquarters whether by phone, email or letter if you want better service. If you simple choose not to return the service will never improve and eventually the resturant may close, then the community will complain regarding having no restaurants in your area. Please voice your complaint if you want improved service.

I was happy with the service the waitress was friendly and her service was fast and through. I got the French toast cinnamon apple rooty rooty special. The food was fresh and tasted great. The atmosphere was clam and pleasant. The tables were clean and so was the benches, the lighting could be improved because it was dim inside but I was happy the service improved so much from the last time I came to eat

Had a Uber eats order delivered from this location. No complaints. Food was tasty and fresh.

Crystal our server was amazing and such a sweetheart. She knew just what we needed before we had to ask, and served us with the most pleasant attitude. From a server to another server, thank you for representing us well and being such an upstanding person.

I must say the two recent times I have been here in the morning. I got the best customer service from two waitress, Cleopatra and Crystal friendly, great service. Me and my lady friend were treated royalty so yes, I will be returning off of the customer service by itself

Great meal 🍽 and the server was okay. She took a long time to check us out. The food was hot and delicious. I would come back.

The food is aleays perfect and the night shif is just splendid with all the costumers, the context is always friendly and the service is clean and fast. I love the coffe here has the perfect scent

My new go-to breakfast at IHOP. Western Scramble Bowl w/ potatoes instead of hash browns. With my fav pancakes in the whole world! #neverdisapoints

Not sure why all the negative reviews, we had a great breakfast. The staff’s energy was very positive. The wait was completely appropriate for a sit-down restaurant. Thank you Helena for making our morning; you took great care of us and made us smile!

Very warm and welcoming greetings by all the staff. The manager was very attentive to the customers and very appreciative and friendly. The waitress constantly checked on me and my food was cooked to perfection. The music was comforting and the service was quick, very surprising for a Panola Rd location, also of note the staff is predominantly POC. I have visited twice and this location has easily become my go to location! Will definitely continue to visit. Thank you for providing a great place to eat!

The coffee ☕ was very hot excellent flavor. I had the 55+ meal. The portion was more then enough and good I love when my food is served hot. Will go back. Always looking for nice places that is open late

Best IHOP in Lithonia Georgia. Had an issues with one of the waitress there overcharging my credit card. But the issue was resolved by Ms. Michelle the manager there at IHOP. Big shout out to her. She was able to allow me and my daughter to order what we did not get to eat at first and was charged for it.Al- though I payed a few extra dollars more for my plate of food. It was worth it . And because I spent over 50 dollars there. I got 2 free movie ticket to see the new movie Marvel. Given to us by IHOP.
Much thanks there. And to the great waitress on staff there tonight who served us. He served us with love. Again thanks IHOP .Great job!

Excellent customer service.. Food was definitely on point

One of the best places in town for breakfast.

There were a few hiccups with our order because of the language barrier with the waitress (I'm not sure what original language she speaks). I'm still giving it 5 stars because she was so delightful and the food, as always, is delicious!!!!🤗💕
