Great service! I have been in several times and the guys working have always been super helpful!

Great customer service! They were able to help me and many other customers in the store without having to wait a long time. They also got me the best trade-in value for my phone even though it was cracked!

Alex was so helpful and helped me fix my phone!

Online appt was easy, was on time and the processes were flawless and only took 20 minutes total! I went to Trail Creek in Athens and the young girl who serviced my phone on Feb 9th was knowledgeable and confident. She made me comfortable through the process.

Mike helped me with all of my issues. He was helpful, patient, and even helped me pick out the best products for my needs. He was extremely attentive and so kind. Very thankful to have been able to receive such amazing customer service!

Alex helped me with a phone issue, I had spent an hour on the phone at home with customer service and they could not help me. I was totally stressed.

The AT&T customer service referred me to the store. It was well worth the 30 minute drive. Alex helped me with no hesitation. He's an asset to your store, please let him know he is appreciated.

Robin was working and was amazing the whole time. Charismatic, kind, and patient. I got to see her interacting with the customers before me and also how she interacted with me, and she was able to help the first couple (I would predict 65+) and have them smiling and thanking her by the end, and the next gentleman (30-50) was just as charmed by her helpfulness, along with I (20’s). She was able to help everyone with their different issues and got us in and out as efficiently as she could. Would definitely come again!

I experienced stellar customer service from this store in particular the Manager Cynthia. She was upbeat, helpful and a joy to speak with. She went above and beyond to rectify my concerns and I will ALWAYS visit this store and recommend to anyone I meet.

I went to ATT yesterday. Very quick and the man was extremely nice. He explained everything very well and helped us a lot. I will definitely go to this location again! No line at all either

These ladies here are amazing. They helped our residents set up internet and TV. They were really patient and very understanding. We usually have our tenants call into customer service to set up new TV and internet, but doing business with a local store is so much more convenient for all parties involved.

Josh and his co-worker worked to ensure that I was getting the best product for my money. I left with a newer phone and a lower bill. They were cleaning and disinfecting surfaces and observing all social distancing put in place by the CDC. A+++++

1 ATT site said hours were 9 to 8. Door posted 10 to 8. 10:30 and no one is here

Found out there was a store break in , they had to get phones and accessories from other stores . Ouch!
I was mad and thought someone overslept.
I had to come home and my wife went back after I called them and found out what was going on.

Sometimes judgement is too quick when you ( I) don't have all the facts.
They took good care of her but I wound up paying $10 /month more... :P

Went from 1 star initially to 5 stars!

Cynthia and Erin are fantastic. They care about the customer and have knowledge about the phones and their products. They both worked hard to switch over my wifes new iphone. What a fresh prospective for an AT&T store. Wish all the stores in the system were this good.

I was having a very hard time trying to get my tmobile to unlock my phone so I could switch to at&t. The representatives at at&t were very helpful and even stayed late trying to help me. I love this store and will definitely be going back. Thank you Erin and Cynthia, yall were very chill. 😊

I went here not too long ago because i needed help with my iphone that idk y i got one🤦🏾‍♀Im phone illiterate but the manager Cynthia was so nice she helped me with my phone. She explained everything in vivid details, she offered me other options. She made me feel like i was at home. I love this store and i cant wait to visit again. Excellent customer service excellent people.

Justin helped me with an account problem that I’ve had for 3 years!! Finally getting it fixed. Can’t say enough for this guy who spent almost 3 hours of his day fixing my account problems... 5 stars!!
