Justin did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. He was knowledgeable and willing to answer all our questions. He provided good recommendations and took his time doing the work. I would definitely recommend the service.

Kaleb did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet! He arrived promptly, went through the different package options for what I needed and answered all questions thoroughly. The office stuffs are very nice and friendly. I got few reminders before the appointment including the technician’s photo on a text message.
I had carpet cleaning service. We have some pets in our house, so we did deodorizer cleaning. He mentioned sometimes the pet spot may come up after the cleaning and it did. He came back and clean the whole room again for free. It took longer than 5 hours to dry, but it means he cleaned really well with the stuff. After it got dry, it feels like new carpet again! Thank you!

Brad did a great job. Very thorough. Showed up on time. Since he couldn't get the filtration soil out he didn't charge me. I was surprised when the woman I made the appointment with told me they could get the filtration soil out so I thought I'd give them a try.
Will definitely use them again.

I only use certified care for my carpets and the furniture. They are remarkably proficient their personnel is sensational, especially Kaleb. They saved us quite a bit of money as we were ready to purchase a new couch, but they came in and removed the stains..

Justin was very friendly and through. He explained the process and went about cleaning the rug. I was very pleased.

I had 2 rugs cleaned, 1 room’s carpet, and one chair. The entire process was positive! Office staff making appointments, the two men who picked up and later returned the 2 rugs, and the two men who shampooed carpet and cleaned chair. All were polite, professional, attentive to details, and certain that they had done all I wanted. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely use them again!

If you are looking for a professional company, then Certified Clean Care is at the top of the list. This is the second service I have received from this company which was air duct cleaning. Noah performed the service and he did so with the upmost care and attention to detail. He went above and beyond with cleaning my 10 years of dust buildup.
