Positively the best car buying experience I have ever had! I arrived intent on purchasing a Kia Sportage but it had already sold. Shad Kates and everyone else who helped me went above and beyond to find us an affordable vehicle and financing for it. I honestly can't say enough about this dealer. Pleasant, patient, hardworking and extremely professional at no time did I feel uncomfortable with my purchase and even came home with a much better vehicle than I originally intended to purchase. I am always very happy when I have to bring our car to Phil Hughes Honda. They always take care of things in a timely manner and make things easy on the customer. Today, Isaiah was very helpful in explaining what was going on with our car and leading us in the right direction. He never felt like he was forcing us to do anything but gave us options, which is much appreciated. If you drive a Honda, I highly recommend using them for ALL services, including an oil change. If you set up an appointment, they are going to get you in and out quickly.....AND, it is about 2/3 the cost of taking it to an oil change place!! Keep up the great work!

I genuinely love getting my car serviced here. People tell me I pay more going to the dealership, but even if that’s true, it’s worth it for the accommodations and friendliness of the staff. They are always very timely and informative. I particularly appreciate Joanna and Jake in the service department. They both always answer all my silly questions and clearly explain everything that’s going on with my Fit.

My husband and I went in expecting to just take a test drive on a vehicle we were interested in, but Eder in Sales and Nicole in Finance helped us get a really good deal and we drove out with a new car just a few hours later. Great service today at Phil Hughes. Dropped off my car and they started with a vacuum and pictures to ensure my car received no damage. Appointment wasn’t until 11am but car was done by 9:30am. Great interaction with the staff.

There was a time when a hose was damaged during service and not disclosed to me upon pickup. As soon as I brought it to the attention of the manager, he quickly ordered the part and it was repaired the next day. Awesome service department overall!
