The store on Louisville Avenue in Monroe is always clean and orderly, nothing like it used to be. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I love shopping there for great clothes, shoes, and now a little home decor! GREAT PLACE TO FIND GIFTS. I LOVE IT!

Went back recently, my friend pretty much bought the fixtures lol. We did close the place down, spent quite a bit of money. The manager was quite the leader, and the staff ready to follow. Great buys, cheap sunglasses( could use a restock) and friendly staff.

The customer service was great in anything that I needed help with they helps. Store was very clean and I did not have a problem trying to find what I needed. This is my first time going in this store around Christmas time and our child loved all the Christmas gifts we bought from Citi Trends I thank them for everything they done and also for the awesome customer service that everyone had.
