I found everything I was looking for, and Rhonda was very helpful with my checkout.

I have been to several different places trying to get photos transferred onto my phone and everywhere I went no one could help me. Even the Office Depot in West Monroe told me they could not help me. But Matthew, at the Monroe location was so much help. He was easily and quickly able to help me even though I went in an hour before closing. I would highly recommend using the Monroe location and asking for Matthew. Great service!!

Excellant place. Professional and convenient. Very nice and professional staff.

Walked in and found my needed items right away. Had no interaction with employees until checkout but interaction was not needed. Signage led me right to the items I needed. Checkout was a bit of a challenge to the young employee because I wrote a check. It was the first time for him to have a customer who paid by check and was unfamiliar with where to locate check number, routing number and account number. I had to smile because I sometimes forget just how young today's employees are. Overall, I like to shop at this location because inventory is usually kept in order, making it easy to maneuver. I do wish they had more than one motorized cart. I visited the Monroe location.

When one location was out of a laptop I was after they called another location who verified they had one left. That employee held the laptop for me til I could arrive to get it. Quality service you rarely come across anymore.

My first shopping at office depot but it was a very enjoyable experience. The employees were so friendly and helpful. In today's world that's not found very often. I will definitely continue shopping there.

On my visit to this location I used Tech support and my service was great. I’m from Arkansas our store closed and the trip to this store was well worth the drive. Very helpful with what I needed with no problem even with it being a busy day. My new home store!

It was great, they actually have people there that are willing to help you & answer your questions. All the employees seemed to take pride in their job. I want to re-thank Meshaun West and the man at the door for not letting me leave without my phone bc I'd be lost without it. Lol. The honesty and hard work they displayed was refreshing in this world of not so honest, lazy people. Thank you both!! The prices may not be as low as WalMart but at least you get quality and great service! I will be back!
