The UPS Store

The experience I had walking into this store was nothing short of amazing. The young lady Nicole was phenomenal. She took the time to answer all of my questions and very patient with me. Phillip stepped in to help me with an order I had from another store and his help saved the day. I recommend everyone on the south side of Atlanta to visit this store for amazing customer service. I enjoy visiting store 7060 anytime I need service pertaining to mailing, copying or even notary. The staff makes every visit pleasant. The store is always neat and clean as the associates are pleasant, thoughtful, very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend store 7060 to any and everyone. I will not go to any other location. Keep up the professionalism guys.

The staff was very kind, welcoming, and efficient in moving the line forward. Javon and his coworker (Didn’t catch his name) did a MARVELOUS job! I had to stop and let them know how GREAT their customer service was. Keep up the EXCELLENT WORK!!

FANTASTIC customer service!! Picked up an order of copies I had made and, when I realized I received the wrong amount, I emailed the store. Very quickly, I got a courteous, professional email back saying the issue would be resolved by this evening. ...would also like to add at every time I have been in this store, the service is always quick and kind!

I do a lot of mobile business and I'm used to going to the UPS store near my home. Unfortunately I needed help and I wasn't close to my usual store. I'm glad that this store has opened. It's convenient. The staff, especially Heather, was truly helpful. I was able to print, make copies, scan documents, and email in less than 15 mins. They were a lifesaver!!! This will definitely be one of my go to stores.

After running around for several days between different office supply stores I came to this UPS location early in the morning. Lisa was there alone and when I say her customer service is superb I mean AMAZING! She greeted everyone that came through the door with a smile and multitasked in attentiveness to each person’s needs. Great customer service from a friendly individual. I recommend coming here for you office/business needs.

Mateo was amazing!!! I had a lot to get done such as turn in spectrum equipment, printing, and scanning. He was very helpful and quick all while assisting other customers. He was knowledgeable on services and compassionate. It is hard to find good customer service now days but I am truly impressed. I hope to see Mateo again soon as he has became my favorite UPS professional!

Mr. Mateo faced a customer today that was unable to comprehend the services offered at Store #7060. He was patient and professional in his dealings with her. I often have to deal with unsatisfied people on a regular basis and Mr. Mateo handled the issue perfectly. Great job!!!

Absolutely amazing customer service from Lee the manager. I couldn't even get out of the store fast enough to leave a great review. The Christmas cards are very attractive so I had to grab one of those. And they had a nice blue flashlight for my daughter's birthday today. So don't hesitate to stop by this UPS and ask for Lee and his crew because they are great!

I have used this UPS Store for business and personal purposes. They have always been so very helpful and courteous. Adrian the store manager goes way above and beyond of what is required. She had no idea of what a stressful day I was having due to wedding planning for my daughter. She helped me out so much and even saved me some money. Her customer service is outstanding.

My favorite UPS Store. I wasn't sure if the label printed off was an actual label or receipt. Jennifer helped me to see it was a receipt for my package. She offered to wait while I searched for the label. I decided to go home and come back with the label QR code. Jennifer was happy to assist again. She always has a pleasant attitude and very welcoming. Thank you Jennifer!

I have never had anything short of excellent customer service at this place. Every trip has been pleasant and fast. The people who have helped me there have always been friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

The owner of this location is one lucky owner! Devonte. What an asset he is to your business. His kindness, professionalism, customer service, beautiful smile and good manners are priceless. I love this UPS Store.! I go often to have them process all of my Amazon packages etc. The customer service is great. The staff are kind and always welcoming me with a hello when I walk in the door. The manager is always available to address any concerns or issues and goes above and beyond to ensure things turn out right .I totally skip the post office now days. It just dosnt make sense to deal with the hassles, long lines and rude customer service there when I can go to the UPS Store here...be in and out and have the peace of mind knowing that my stuff is being handled right.

In a word, this UPS Store rocks!! In an age where customer service has become an endangered species, the staff at this store, especially store Manager Tristan, have gone way above and beyond the call of duty. Their professionalism, demeanor, attitude, attentiveness, and just plain old "niceness", are so far above other stores, it's almost beyond comprehension. Tristan helped me maneuver my way through a difficult situation that without her help could have been borderline disastrous for me and for that, I am eternally grateful and appreciative. If you'd like a breath of fresh air when it comes to real, bona fide customer service, give this store a whirl when your needs point to anything related to UPS; you won't regret it!
