Everyone is very helpful & friendly. I prefer O'Reilly's parts over other competitive part stores anyways.

The folks over here are real nice and very helpful. We're almost on a First name basis... but I don't wanna feel obligated to have to invite them over for dinner. So we'll keep it like it is for now. 😃

Andrea and Dawn are the BEST! Right after I had just gone to the Autozone down the street and had a bad experience (thanks to MASON), I visited O'Reilly Auto Parts. Andrea and Dawn not only had AWESOME customer service, but they smiled the entire time. Andrea helped me save money, allowed me to make decisions on parts, and explained multiple options that I could explore in purchasing parts. I was there around closing time. Dawn had the initiative and kindness to not only look for a part for me, but she double checked and found a part that had been misplaced. This saved me an extra trip to the store.

I was very satisfied with my visit, and I will definitely be giving them my business in the future.

This was a quick visit because I stopped only because I needed coolant and the store was in front of me.
I was greeted upon entry and promptly lead to the desired product.
She was very helpful and even suggested an O'Reilly brand that was more cost effective for me me.
I was in, out and happy in under 5 minutes! Enjoyed this!

O'Reilly beats the hell outta AutoZone by 100% i went to AutoZone twice to ask them to ose a Allen wrench and they said they didn't have one instead wanted be to buy a $20 set with there false advertising about using there tools yatta yatta yatta i just went a block away to O'Reilly and they gave me one to use twice so O'Reilly is my auto parts store now great service and employees
