About a year ago, I had sustained an injury on my left leg. It took it nine months to heal, so that’s why I am late. Leaving this review! A year ago I went into tractor supply on Highway 49 in Gulfport Mississippi and was looking for some special socks, during Covid socks became a hard item to get because of the supply chain. But TRACTOR SUPPLY had what I was looking for, but I walked up to a very kind young lady and her name was “ Natalie”! During Covid, and after Covid was starting to fade away, it was impossible to get any answers whether you was ordering food, trying to buy gas, basically most of the new people that went back to work after Covid didn’t even know who they were! Much less having knowledge of items or services that the new people didn’t know! I asked a lady one day if they had sugar that was not hard as a brick, and she told me that that was the new vacuum packed way! It was in a paper bag and folded like a Christmas gift that had gotten wet and it felt like a bag of concrete! They don’t vacuum, pack, sugar bags! So I think you get the picture here. When I walked into TRACTOR SUPPLY. Asking about the socks I was lucky enough to have Natalie walk up and asked me if I needed any help? I proceeded to tell her that the socks I was looking for that I had bought from tractor supply before, that the SKU number had changed, plus the item number has changed. Instantly, Natalie started telling me why the numbers had changed, and then proceeded to tell me exactly how many packs of the socks was on the rack without even looking at the sock rack! She also proceeded to tell me that she knew the sock that I was looking for, and that most likely it was in a different area because of the number change, and she was correct ✅ ! I asked about a few other things, and she knew about those items also and without looking told me how many there were hanging on the rack! Again without going, and looking! I was very impressed! I even asked the GM one day if he realized what he had When it came to Natalie! And he said most definitely that he did, and that she was an absolute 💎 gem to TRACTOR SUPPLY! I actually told Natalie and showed her pictures of my leg and how I got the wounds and one that I was needing the special socks. I bought every one that they had on the rack. Thanks to Natalie by knowing her surroundings at work, she was able to give me exactly what I needed, during the time that you couldn’t even order a hamburger at a restaurant and get it right! Thank you so much Natalie for helping me that day, a year ago! I hope that TRACTOR SUPPLY realizes how valuable you are to their store! They most definitely could use two or three more dozen people like you to have, in most of all their stores! I’m still impressed even a year later. I can even remember your chipper attitude when you was helping me with my problem! If you happen to drop in at tractor supply on Highway 49 in GULFPORT, ms remember to ask for “Natalie” I think you will find the shopping experience, very delightful! Two weeks ago, I was in a big box store looking for iodine supplements I couldn’t find it as usual, when I asked, a lady that worked there in that department about iodine supplement that comes naturally in table salt, the lady actually took me over to the Band-AIDS and pointed to a bottle of iodine that you put on a cut! I asked her if she knew what I was asking for? And she said not really, so I went somewhere else! “ a little off the top” JIMMY MCNEELY

Seriously love this store! They are always so friendly. They are Probably responsible for my habit to come here at least once a week instead of once every 4 months. I’ve been meaning to write and awesome review for….Natalie? I think? She’s like a temporary assistant manager or something I think but I meant to give her a great review 4 trips ago and every trip since she’s always there and had been even more helpful and awesome! And today the cashier (Donna I think?) was sooo awesome too! And there was a male associate that gave me some great recommendations as well! I didn’t catch his name but he worked at 1:30 today and was super helpful! I just feel like these lovely people deserve recognition and I don’t know maybe and incentive or a raise because they are up selling but in the best way! Setting me up for success.

My experience here has been great. We pop in to pick up bags of chicken feed. My son bought a pocket knife here with his own money. They made him feel like a million bucks. Great location. Easy access.

Love the store but the employees that work here are awesome people. I go every week to visit them all plus get all my dogs supplies and farm’s supplies. They have a get rewards program that actually gives you get useful rewards. Thank you everyone for the wonderful customer service you provide.

Seriously one of the friendliest and most helpful stores I’ve ever been in! Hayden didn’t hesitate to check the back for what we needed without us even asking when it wasn’t on the shelf. Ace saw my mom and I about to cart a 45 lb. bag to our car and offered to help us load it up. The lady cashier and girl clerk were also very friendly and helpful, but we didn’t manage to catch their names! On my way to start a farm, so I have a reason to visit more often. 🏃‍♀

I have enjoyed being a Tractor Supply customer and the discounts offered when you open a Tractor Supply account. I buy Hills Science Diet dog food and very often get a $10 gift card when I buy it and I use it on my next purchase plus when you use your Tractor Supply credit card you can accumulate points for $ off your purchases. Anyhow I see that some say it’s expensive but I find it’s better than PetSmart because very rarely did I get a discount there. I find all I need at Tractor Supply and the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

We went looking for a specific large air compressor. The website said they had 1 in stock. Turns out, it was a returned item (returned for not working.) The manager sold it to us at a great discount and my husband got it working in a wink. Super thrilled!! Friendly, helpful staff.

Great one-stop shopping for garden and pet items, plus a great selection of tools and much more. Sometimes the staff gets tied up with other customers, but the wait to check out is rarely long in my experience. All this time I thought they just had....Tractor stuff!

In the area, one of the best places to get several options for large bred puppy food. Most are listed on the top recommend brands (based on several websites who evaluate dog food based on different criterias). Priced good. Plus you can setup recurring delivery to your home online. I've gotten items for my saltwater reef tanks support systems...they aren't just for farms. Like the clothes and some hard to find candy. Lots of stuff in the store and worth the visit. Staff has always been gracious and friendly.

Always well stocked and a very nice staff... it's definitely a "local" store feel, and just a great place to buy your farm equipment, dog food, tools and more.

Service is good and the employees are friendly. We used their dog wash facility for the first time and it's very nice; even soap and towels provided!

Had to purchase cracked corn.and Grain for my egg laying Hen.The price very Reasonable.the Staff is friendly.and Helpful.love to shop there.

Great Visit went to Two other big competitors first for a mower belt no help was helped almost instantly by an employee named Ronnie who showed us where it was and which one it was and he was very informative and friendly we will definitely be back there because of that kind of service

I love shopping at tractor supply.its always clean, the employees are very friendly and helpful, and the prices are very reasonable, even on the clothes! Very cute and stylish tops for women......yall check it out!!!
