Walmart Supercenter

I find the cashiers my son and I make contact with are friendly, helpful and kind as we are to them.
We find most are helpful when asked for assistance. Others may not be so helpful possibly distracted with their own personal issues while attempting to work.
It's well stocked and returns are quick and easy.

This location is very busy but good organized store staff also helpful

This is an review for the pickup experience. I didn't actually go in.

Walmart has a first class logistics operations going on here. The location was easy to get to. There were 21 reserved pickup spots.

The app knew I was there and took me right to the correct menu.

They more or less came right out and that was that.

This Walmart is clean, well stocked, organized and offers a variety of healthy produce, high quality organic as well as a rich variety of ethnic foods you wouldn’t find at all locations. The checkout is quick because of a large number of self-checkout options. The only real upgrade this place needs is in the maintenance on some of the carts that can often be wonky so be sure to check your cart before you push into the store and have to keep fighting it to navigate properly. It’s a real asset for the neighborhood and all the college students that come to shop here

I went to this Walmart after surgery. I was in so much pain. My prescription was delayed. There was going to be a half an hour or more wait. The Pharmacist noticed how pain I was in and pushed my prescription through in under 10 minutes. I want to tell you thank you so much and bless you. Your kindness will stick with me. Happy holidays!! This was on 12/14/2023 at 2:10 PM. I did not get her name but I hope your company headquarters see this and knows what a blessing you are to that you are to have as an employee.

The store is in great location and convenient but please they need to improve the gecerry bags pople and pet's are getting injured I grave the bag from the floor in my kitchen and the handle broke and all the cans fell on my puppy's back the screen was unbelievable 😢 😫 olso my ant sister olso had this hapend to her foot and ended up in the hospital with adema and a swollen tendenť ( please improve the bag's befofe more pople get injured )

Great location, very busy but great staff. Wide variety of products. Produce, frozen, Dairy, toiletries, dry goods, electronics, etc. Huge parking lot, so parking never a problem. Lots of registers and self checkouts too. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a one stop shop. I will definitely be back here again and again and again. I recommend it to friends and family alike. Open late hours as well. Spread the word.

This is a big Walmart store, so it has groceries and everything else a Walmart store has to offer. I went with a friend on a Pace bus it was nice, but we had to wait a while for the return ride, theirs no place to sit while waiting. We left after 1:00 pm. In the future, we'll leave early, like 10:00 am.

I like buying my almond milk ,and lemongrass oil in the candle isle ,I like some of their men body wash too native has pretty good body wash ,and Nivea does too ,they also have great tasting sugar free pineapple flavor aloe vera great for digestive health near pharmacy opposite side of vitamins west of it bottom shelf

At this Walmart location, I would suggest going at off peak times because of the slightly smaller parking area. Other than that, I always have a great customer service experience and lots of quality merchandise and foods to choose from as well as a friendly atmosphere.

Love the customer service you get here every time I asked a question there was someone there to answer it.

good place to shop, lots of variety, very big. I like this Supercenter.

There is only one note, which is the automatic accountant. You have to be completely attentive so as not to be in an embarrassing situation

The Walmart at 3600 w. Touhy has 99% of the merchandise that I always need, before I used to go to 2 or 3 Walmart just to get what I needed.

I have been to MANY Wal-Marts and this one by far exceeded any expectations I had. I bought a pretty big order of groceries as I have a big family and as a recently widowed single Mom my time and money is precious. I somehow left a bag behind and when I came back to retrieve it the next day, Randall and his team were AMAZING at making sure I got all the items that were left behind. They are the real super heroes! Best. Customer. Service. Ever.

Very clean and courties staff, they have everything I need to buy. Never disappointed

Easy place to shop, get in n get out.

Very different layout than other ones I've been in with the exception of grocery which was the same. Pretty busy. I went there for something particular that their website said they had in stock and they did not... highly disappointed 😔 but the long trip there was not all waisted, picked up other items needed plus a few things in grocery. Cashier did not speak till the end though! Hmm 🤔

This Walmart is by my job and is very clean and organized. It's more pleasant and quite spacious for the location. I didn't expect it to have everything it had. It is a full service Walmart with groceries and all. I Love Elk Grove and may look into purchasing a home in the very near future. Elk Grove, here we come.

We found everything, literally EVERYTHING we were looking for and the prices are the lowest.
