There is a guy with long hair that works at this location that every time I go the he goes above and beyond to help me. Is because of him that I always go back to this location. Even when I’m waiting to be help he is always helping the customers.

This store is very welcoming and fast pace always in and out, however i recommend to go in during the afternoon as the two young men are a pleasure, they work perfectly together and don’t mope around, they have smiles and seem to enjoy themselves and customers. They don’t seemed annoyed or mad about customers walking in like some of the other workers there

Chase is amazing!! I am so thankful for him and how easy he made my experience at this UPS. I just did the exact same transaction at the USPS post office last week and it was such a headache. Chase made this transaction so easy and seamless. Thank you for great customer service!

My confidence has been restored in this location. I frequent this UPS location and had a bad experience a few months back and tried to avoid using this location. I decided to try again.

The two employees working this morning were very professional and nice. I felt welcomed and that my business was important.

The Carolina commons store has always gone above and beyond for me, taking care of every need with extreme care and knowledge. The owner has always been so helpful and kind to me as well, as a busy Mom and business owner I can’t thank them enough for all the hard work and services they provide!!

Just had an incredible experience at UPS all thanks to one specific Sales Associate who was so helpful, kind, and went above and beyond to help me out. I had to print and scan a few work-related items and although the store was busy, this young lady made sure to give the best customer service I’ve seen in quite some time to every guest. She was patient, friendly, and seemed to really care about each customer. I wish I could have gotten her name so that I could pass on a note of praise to her manager— but her supervisor sees this, give her a raise! If she sees this, thank you for your assistance! You are a superstar!

I was so amazed at the customer service I received at the Indian Lans UPS location. Heta was so helpful with tracking a package I had shipped to NYC. Heta went the extra mile and always kept me informed. Although the package was lost, she contacted me to share the final status. She even had the check for the shipping cost and insurance amount for the item ready for me to pick up. I’m so impressed at the service. Thank you Heta for helping me. I’m definitely adopting this UPS as my main store.

I have been a customer at this UPS store for 8 years and I can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience there. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient and I have complete confidence that any task I need help with (printing, mailing, packaging & shipping, etc.) will be done with excellence. I highly recommend them.

I frequent this store regularly for anything I need to ship. I trust it more than the closest USPS and FedEx stores. They have excellent customer service. I am always treated kindly and helped by the staff here.

This store recently helped me with a large-volume mailing, and they were extremely efficient and courteous while intermittently helping other customers. Did a great job of keeping everything moving.
