Wendy's

5 stars because even though they were short staffed, they didn't mess up our order and the food was delicious. If they were short staffed because management didn't schedule enough staff, then shame on the management. But if it was due to call outs, then it is what it is.

Initial review was a 5 star but it's gone completely down hill. Apparently no one inside can read. Ordered a burger with simple instructions and they got it wrong so I asked for the correct burger. The man who looks likes a manager got annoyed and "remade" it but didn't add the bacon I paid extra for. I go back up yet again and I hear him make some sort of remark about going home and cooking it myself. I've worked in the food industry before. Its not hard to read

Always friendly service. The drive through is quick. Food is hot, fresh, and consistent.

Always love going to this location, their staff are so snice and even when the line wraps around the building they're fast to get orders out and very accurate with the orders! My favorite Wendy's!!!! I tried the strawberry fields salad and it is very good!

I enjoy the grilled chicken sandwich. It is made fresh and hot. The customer service was pleasant. It didn't take very long for me to get my order. And it is a fair price.

Had the new Cinnabon. It was delicious!!!

On a Friday evening, it was very busy. The crew held their own during the chaos and still served great food. It was the fry guy's first night, but I believe he made the best fries I ever had at this location. Keep up the great work even during these diffucult times.

Literally the best wendys I've been to in a while! Food was so fresh, even 15 minutes before breakfast was over! Thank you for satisfying my pregnancy cravings!

I like Wendy's, but this location really needs to get their sh*t together. Service was lousy, dining room and kitchen were dirty, etc...
Will NOT be going back to this location.

It's been a couple of weeks now since I left this negative, harsh review. Wendy's reached out to me thanking me for the feed-back saying that they will work on the issues, which they did!
I went back to this location (around the same time as when I left the harsh review, 5:30-6ish pm on a Wednesday evening) and as soon as we walked in we were greeted with smiles and hellos. It was very welcoming. The dining room and kitchen were clean and inviting. Our food came out hot and fresh and we had a wonderful dining experience. Thank you, Wendy's, for fixing the issues. We will be back!!

Went through the drive-through with my family of six. Fast food restaurants rarely get our large orders right on the first try, but this Wendy's did, with the manager right at the window making sure it was perfect. They even graciously obliged our request for additional water at the window. Very impressed! Thanks!

I completely love this particular Wendys. I was reading the reviews and saw that many people were speaking about the dining room being closed, the lines moving slow, etc. I have noticed that they have been extremely short staffed and are trying their absolute best. I spoke to one of the workers at the drive thru window after sitting for almost 8 minutes in the drive thru line. I politely asked what was taking so long and she responded extremely nicely and said “maam it is only 3 of us in here and we are trying our best. i apologize for the wait and frustration but we are doing all we can to move this line”. She was such a sweetheart and I honestly felt so bad for her! These employees deserve raises and praises! I could tell she was tired but she kept the upbeat attitude. From the looks of it she was taking orders, taking money, fixing drinks, bagging the orders and hell maybe even running the grill lol who knows… please cut these employees some slack! They are tryinggggg! It’s sad no one wants to work anymore.

Was just there a day ago. The area regional manager of this place is phenomenal. The service is received was nuthing short of amazing. He made sure my chicken sandwhich was ok and offered me another sandwhich or burger. I was shocked because I havent received service like that before.

The best Wendy’s around hands down. The drive thru girl the morning of 12/5 was incredibly nice. She needs a raise and promotion.

Everything added up to a great experience. I was able to eat inside. I ordered the 4 for $4. My food was correctly prepared. The fries were hot. The restaurant was spotless.

The service was a little slow to start with but once I placed my order the service picked up and was great. Everyone was friendly, the food came out made exactly as ordered, and it was hot. Will definitely be stopping again.

Fantastic customer service. I came through the drive thru at 1am after closing the bar where I work. They were so nice and didn’t act like I was an inconvenience (as most places do at 1am) and even offered me an extra baked potato since they were going to throw them all out! Hannah was so sweet. Thanks so much for the great service!

Food is always fresh but a little slow in the drive thru but food is good so they still get a 5 star

Honestly one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. I came by at 10 PM and the burger was fresh and the fries were hot. I can always count on Wendy’s to have comfort food.

Since the Mgr is there (and he's a very pleasant man without an attitude) Wendy's has redone the entire place from flooring to tables chairs even a tv. I'm spoiled and I'll definitely be coming back.

Order is always right. The manager at lunch time is always on his game and his crew is the same. Definitely one of the better fast food places in Indian Land for lunch
