Love this Ulta location! It is always clean and neatly stocked. Then add the wonderful staff and it’s a favorite location for me to pick up my beauty products and gifts for others. Erica always makes me smile and is so helpful no matter how busy she is. Noha makes sure I’m utilizing all my discounts and rewards which is so appreciated. Emma helped me pick the perfect products for people not in my age group. Thank you!

OMG, Noha is the bestEST cashier I have ever seen! As I was waiting for my turn, I watched how she helped a mother and daughter before me. She is both patient and passionate! She definite is the 5 star worker! If I were her boss, I will give her a big promotion or bonus 😊

My eyebrows look great. If you haven’t had your brows done by Kamryn, you need to. She is amazing and I definitely will be getting my eyebrows done again with her.

The last few times I have been inside this Ulta two people have been the kindest sweetest people ever! Noha last week and Emma on Monday night! Noha was very sweet helping me around the store and Emma helped me get the perfect skin care routine down!

Kam is the absolute best. her brow mapping, waxing and tinted is so amazing. she always knows how to make me feel important!

I had a very good experience at this Ulta location. The salesperson helped me match the new Fenty stick foundation perfectly. She also showed me complimenting products to go with the new foundation. I will be back for more!

I went in there a few weeks ago asking for help with starting to use new skincare, and i was new to it. A bunch of employees there clearly had no interest in helping me, but a girl named Reese came up to me and was SO helpful. She told me what products helped her and I could see the results because she had amazing skin! The products she recommended have helped me so much! Employee of the decade!!!

my dad was smelly and needed cologne but he is picky about smells and he NEEDS a certain cologne. he has been investing the cologne for months and we went to this Ulta location to find it. we asked the manager of she had it and went out of her way to go to the storage thing and got the spray just for my dad. my dad is very happy now. as my father once said “it is a nice smelling cologne”. thank you for your time

This is a great Ulta! Karen did my daughter's brows while I shopped. Karen was awesome! She did exactly what we asked, and was professional throughout. We will definitely be back for her services. I needed help finding a a few items and the employees were wonderful help.

My stylist’s name was Jessica, she was absolutely amazing through the whole process. She got me a last minute appointment with her, cut my hair exactly how I wanted it, talked me through the whole process. She’s absolutely fabulous. She has a great personality and will really make you feel at home while she’s working on your hair. I absolutely love the job she did, even though I live almost 30 minutes from this store, she will be my only stylist from now on. 10/10 would recommend

Karen at the Brow Bar is always pleasant, professional and a true perfectionist in her work. She manages to transform my skimpy brows into fabulous on every visit! I highly recommend booking an appointment with her; you will not be disappointed.

I love their associate, Reese! She was very helpful and was eager to lend a hand! I will be back to see her whenever I make my way back to NC! That girl deserves a raise!

I came into Ulta needing my eyebrows done. Oh my goodness Ms. Karen did an outstanding job, looks like she shaped my eyebrows with a ruler. I never had anyone that shape both eyebrows the same but she DID!!! 5 +⭐ Ms. Karen met my expectations ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went looking for little girl friendly makeup for my daughter who had eczema. They were super friendly (mega tomboy here) and told about all the different products that would be fine for her. The guy working shared his niece's story about her skin and I bought the makeup he recommended. They called me a lifer when I checked out and I do believe they are right. Good store and awesome staff!!

I stopped in to the Ulta store in Indian Land today and Jessica did a wonderful job in fixing a bad haircut for me! She was extremely polite, friendly and professional. I plan on making another appointment with her for a cut and color in the future!

I absolutely love coming into this Ulta! I stopped into the salon today and Taylor gave me one of the BEST haircuts of my life! I have had terrible experiences at other salons and she made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. She listened to what I wanted and even gave some helpful tips and suggestions. The staff is always friendly and smiling. Will definitely be coming back for sure!

At Ulta Beauty located at 7796 Charlotte Hwy Ste 100, Indian Land, SC 29707 there is always a warm and Friendly welcome when you walk right in. There’s a no hassle on returns that are returned on time. There are so many great outlet brands of make up,lashes, lots of beauty products. I love shopping here.

Just purchased a gift card for my granddaughter.Erica helped me and checked me out with my purchase . She was so helpful and kind!!!

New store in the area, and so far, this is the BEST I've visited when it comes to Ulta. The staff is smiling && friendly. They make you feel welcome as a customer. The selection in THIS particular store appears to be better than the other Ulta's in the area. It's super clean && actually a pretty large store. So far, I'm pretty impressed!!
