It's a local store, where you can get almost everything you need, and the ladies are quite pleasant, helpful. Prices are as good if not in many cases better than Walmart and similar stores. It saves me time and lots of gas not driving 20 miles away for items I can buy local. Great quality items as well as store brands. This is a true gem to have here locally.

The manager was super sweet and very very helpful! I was impressed with the young man's professionalism and kindness he showed to customers!!! Will definitely be back at Dollar General in Mt. Gilead, NC to shop!!!

Never had a problem from here. Actually have all there stock up on the shelves instead of in the isles like most dollar generals. Plus it is next to a subway and gin gin chinese.
