Stopped by to have tires rotated and balanced and Chris ended up finding several more bigger problems and diagnosed and fixed everything right up needed an alignment and a few other things fixed up he stayed after hours to make sure I was good to go. Top class service and would recommend them to anyone I know.

I had my K5 blazer lifted at Galloways.. I couldn’t have picked better people do my lift. Excellent job done!!! Professional!! I will highly recommend to anyone in the market.. For those that say they are too pricey or they cost too much, you get what you pay for people..

Darrel and Chris worked on my truck and it was just amazing. Best 4x4 shop East of the Mississippi :) Perfect job! Went to 3 other shops in CA and FL before and their service was not even close. Darrel took his time and explained to me exactly what I should do, they also saved me a ton of money.

The entire Team is World Class. Blew a trailer tire close to them. They were closed but happened to still be there. Dropped the trailer and they put on 4 new ones the next day. Everybody was very friendly. Could not have asked for a better experience. Awesome folks, every single one of them. Thank you folks, for all your help.

Fast, courteous service. Diagnosed and fixed the rear end issue on my Jeep Wrangler quickly and efficiently. Chris was very helpful finding the parts needed at a reasonable price. I'm convinced the job was done right. Jeep runs and rides like new. I'm very satisfied with their service.

I highly recommend this place, at least when it comes to customer service and knowledge. I was in a bind at Uwharrie and needed a small part, these guys kept their doors open for me 10min after closing just so I could make the drive to them and get the part. And not only that but they answered alot of my questions regarding my vehicle and made some good recommendations which I took. Thanks Galloway

I am really pleased with their service. They were knowledgeable about the issues I had with my truck and repaired in a fast and efficient manner. They even did some repairs that I hadn't requested at no extra cost. This is a great shop to have work done on your truck.

Fast and server was Nice and Smart ,easy to talk to.He knew just what I needed . My wait time was minimal. The receptionist was very nice.and accommodating.

Best place east of Mississippi for all your 4X4 needs, recommend this place to everyone with jacked up trucks, great info and help. Great deals on used wheels and tires. They DO NOT GIVE FAIR PRICE ON TRADE IN's you are better off selling your stuff and going with cash and u will b more that satisfied.

I have an 05 Avalanche that had the Service 4WD light on and the 4WD had stopped working. I had a mechanic tell me that the Encoder Motor needed to be replaced. I bought it through Amazon on my own and replaced it. Long story short- that didn’t work. I bought and replaced a few other parts that it may have been and took it to 2 different dealerships- the first of which told me I needed a whole new transfer case (Chevrolet in Concord- do NOT take 4WD issues there).
Finally saw this place one day, made a call, and talked through everything I had already replaced and what it was doing with Chris. He advised me on possibilities and I scheduled an appointment. It turns out the New Encoder Motor that I had purchased through Amazon was bad. He had it back together and operating properly for a great price in a few hours.

First off I just want to say I don't post comments ever, but I felt compelled to do so in this instance. My truck started making a loud roaring noise about a week ago. So, I decided to take it to a local mechanic. They stated I may have a possible pinion bearing going bad ,so they recommend Galloway's because they didn't repair rear ends. So, instead of listening I get the bright idea to take it down the street to a local Dealership". They after a few hours tell me that I need a whole new differential and possibly a wheel bearing. They quoted me $2100 for new differential and $400 for wheel bearing. Needless to say I'm floored! 3 weeks before Christmas. I'm seriously devastated. The lady at the dealership says to me "well you can drive your truck if you need to while we wait on the parts. it will be 3-10 days. That just sounded weird to me. Something fishy here. So, I said ok and took my truck. I decided right then that I was going to Galloway's for a third opinion. I pulled it Galloway's at 2:30 in the afternoon. Walked into the office and talked to Chris. He said "let's take it for a spin and see if we can figure it out". We took off down hwy52 and within 5 minutes he had already figured out it wasn't the differential at all. He said " I believe it's your drive shaft". We went back to the shop he crawled under my truck. A few minutes later he asked me if I was in a rush and I said "no". He replied I'm going to drop your drive shaft. Sure enough he was right. The u-joint on my drive shaft had seized up. 30 minutes later he had replaced the part bolted my drive shaft back on and told me to take it for a spin and see if that fixed it. It was just like new again. Unbelievable! I drove back to Galloways walked into the shop. Chris said" was that any better"? I really didn't even know what to say. This guy had solved my problem in less than an hour. He said that will be $109. Needless to say the dealership was going to take me to the cleaners! And do so without any remorse.What a bunch of crooks. I did call them and let them know I wasn't very happy and wouldn't ever be returning. They're reply was where sorry and we'll waive the $108 service fee. You damn right you will! In closing. I want to say thank you Chris at Galloways. You saved me alot of money and I really appreciate good honest people.Thanks again.

Will come to rescue your rig, give you the absolute best deal on tires, known for correcting other shops mistakes. Has the best gear jobs around. I know Ive used there shop and tools to fix my own stuff. who else does that? If you have ever been burned by them in the past I highly recommend you give them another chance. Chris Galloway has taken over and is doing a great job. Its not a francize without knowledge company. Everybody there has many years of experience. Have the money, be exact on what you want, realize the condition of your rig.

awesome people and awesome work. Mr Galloway is true to his word. He worked on my vehicle till 630. He didn't go home at like most people at 5. He stayed and finished the task at hand. Great place!!!! I would suggest this business to everyone who has a 4x4!!!!

AWESOME shop with AMAZING people. Very knowlegable staff was friendly and helped me get the best deal on what i wanted of any shop in the carolinas. My son and I got to sit and chat with the owner as well as walk back into the shop to see them at work mounting our new tires. They even let us go see some of there personal trucks in another building and let my boy take pictures with them. Overall a true 5 star shop which is becoming harder and harder to find. I will be back and tell anyone that ask Galloway's is the place to go!
