We went to the Chanel department where Cameron was really attentive and helpful with beauty product recommendations. He recommended the best Chanel brand products. He was also very kind and generous: he gave us a lot of free samples with our purchase. Five out of five recommend.

Took my daughter shopping for a prom dress here. They have a great selection of dresses, and we were able to find matching shoes and accessories all in one place! It was the first store we stopped at, and we found everything we needed!

i am new to OKC and went to the women’s department in Dillards today and a woman named Dee helped me find some new business clothes for work. She seriously made my day, she helped me find some awesome pieces and was so knowledgeable about what my size would be, fabrics, and where things were! She had some awesome stories and was just so funny and kind!

The fragrance department manager Taylor Wilson was fabulous! I really had my heart set on a particular fragrance for my birthday and she went above and beyond to triple check if they had a discontinued fragrance. The sales associates were also wonderful! Excellent customer service!

I love this place, but the men's department smells like open sewage. Really hard to shop for more than a couple of minutes due to the rank dook smell. And this isn't a one-time issue. Dude's Dillard's been smelling like #2 since before the pandemic. Just a shame!
Pro tip: shop online! Dillards doesn't even price match for their own stores.
Great selection, just super turned-off by the stink lines that are actually visible in that particular department store.

Fragrance counter Creed reps were very friendly, informative, helpful and patient getting close to closing time. Smiling faces greeted us everywhere in the makeup and fragrance area. Love our purchases and experience.

I went shopping yesterday to find some new bras. Mitra in the lingerie department was so helpful! She fitted me first, then asked me what kinds of bras I was looking for, brought me lots of bras, and made sure they were all adjusted properly. Best bra shopping experience I’ve had! And I found several bras that were comfortable and fit great.

The store is clean and well stocked. Prices are a bit high, but there are clearance racks with items. We really like Dillards, but the numerous closures over the last few years have left us without a local store. One of the better places to purchase a nice suit.

We received OUTSTANDING customer experience here. The associates went above and beyond to help us. We had an issue with the mailing on an item. They tracked down the initial item and refunded our money to us and resent out another item (USPS fault). It took days for them to do this and they stuck through it. This experience resulted in a positive review but we have been coming here for 10 years and are always pleased with this specific Dillards.

Always beautiful clothes at Dillards! Buying a dress for a gala, we were in and out in 15 min. Its easy when everything is gorgeous. I just wish the mens and womens werent seperated by a whole mall.
