Staff was very attentive. We were greeted, and staff went out of their way to have a quick conversation in the very busy store. I ultimately didn't make a purchase, but I'll definitely be back in the future.

The customer service here could NOT have been any better!!! Every employee working greeted or checked to see if we needed help. My son found a pair of shoes to try on and the young man that helped him not only brought those back but a couple other pairs that he thought he might have liked! After we checked out and are leaving my 14 year old son said “Wow, that was great customer service!” Job well done Journey Employees! We will definitely be back! Thank you all for your help!

The fastest exchange ever! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Even had to order one of the shoes I wanted. Super friendly and helpful.

The girl that helped me was so nice and efficient. The store was very clean and they had exactly what i wanted where as the store down from them brought me out the exact opposite shoe i ask to try on!

The associates were very friendly and knowledgeable... They were able to help me not only return a shoe that was too small for my son but also helped me get the right size ordered and sent to my home!! Thanx ladies
