5 very satisfied. Agent was so patient and helpful. Scott was his name as he made it a very pleasant and helpful experience. Will use that store when I need help in the future for sure

Messed up my phone and needed help. Emanuel was finishing up with elderly customers and got with me promptly. Fixed my phone in no time through tremendous customer service since I was a bit upset at myself with the phone issue. Emanuel was great and will return for any issues from here on.

Makayla and Moses had amazing customer service and helped with everything. I drove an hour to this location and the drive was well worth it. They explained everything in detail and helped set everything up. 5 stars is not enough.

Listen!!!! BEST service there is as the call center messed up BAD!!! This store was there for the rescue!!! Emmanuel and Jose the manager had great customer service and was able to fix the problems that the call center created! I will forever go there as long as they are there!! They get you in and out with all the correct service that’s needed!

Maurice McKnight, was an outstanding employee. I walked in knowing what type of phone, plan, accessories, etc.. he helped ensure everything met the standards I was needing. Getting everything set up so all I had to do, was walk out and use my new phone. Along the way, providing a very engaging conversation. I highly recommend using this store for any phone issues or wanting a new phone. Because you won't be disappointed.

Jose, Manager, was helpful and patient assisting me with an account issue. He assisted me right away, and provided options and additional information regarding an account.

No Wait, Fabulous Service!

After waiting an hour at the store on 71st & Memorial,
they said they couldn't help me and quickly dismissed me, offering no solutions alternatives or options.

Upon walking into this store,

I didn't have to sign in,

there was no wait,
and Alex helped me immediately and resolved my issue completely!

OK I'm on I to I talk to you today to give you a on a recommendation for the store at 31st and Garnette in Tulsa Oklahoma that's where I'm at right now and I'm on a young man there a God it's spelled Ahmad helped me today to get an unlock the and lock up in trying to do for several days but he helped me to call Chris a customer service rep in and the other lady that holds it to store the other lady Sierra they work perfectly they work together to help me do something that was that I really really made it it's done so I would recommend these these people and this store as one of your best AT&T stores and Tulsa Oklahoma thank you so much for helping me today thank you at&t a been a 20 customer for about over 20 years continued plan on being an identity customer from now on thank you

It was fast and friendly.

This is one of the main branches for AT&T in Tulsa. The staff here is very friendly and they don't try and hustle you. When you get service here from the staff, they explain everything very clearly and well. They also speak Spanish here, which is cool

I came in with several issues and Emmanuel and Jose rocked it and solved all my issues! Thank you for fast service solving all my issues!!

Went in late on day when my phone wasn’t working. Maurice was able to get my phone working again and set me up with a lower bill! Great customer service experience.

Ahmad is the man definitely going to keep coming to him got 2 apple watches and a brand new phone couldn’t ask for a better customer service answered all my questions and even helped me with the setup if y’all are looking for a new service or phone i highly recommend coming to him you will not be disappointed.

This is an older review KEEP READING REVIEW: I haven't been to the store yet. I have called twice and both times been transferred to voicemail. I left one msg for them to call me back. That was on jun 26th 2018, I think. I still have not heard back from this ATT store. It's easier to just go in. The people are great, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful!
