I had the best experience as a first time customer. Leslie took the time to explain me the details of how it works. She was very patient, polite, helpful and has such a fun loving attitude. As soon I told her about my vegetarian diet, she offered me samples to try. Their guac and salsa is my favorite. I recommend this place 100%.

Love using JackBe! So convenient and quick. The people are always friendly. Using this service helps keep me from picking up impulse items when I walk into a store to shop for myself and the bags are even color coded so you can put up your perishable items quickly!

I ordered here just last week and my groceries were at a decent price for 31 items. They have better deals on their deli and meats. My vegetables and fruit were fresh and delicious. I will definitely be ordering more from JackB. They do however don't have items for too long so what you see on their app is the selection they have left. Other than that be a downside they are a great deal for groceries.

So convenient and fast! They always great you with a smile and pass out dog treats if you bring your pup! I’ve been finding myself going there 2-3x a week! It’s a great concept and works so good when I just need to grab single items! I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes and they load everything for you! Great service! OH. MY. GOODNESS! The service is unbelievable. The employees are the friendliest and put customer service above all else. The layout of the facility is very customer friendly and efficient. I picked up my second order today. I forgot to notify the store that I was on my way. No matter. I pulled up, scanned the QR code under a covered awning and within 12 minutes my order was delivered by a cheerful and friendly sales associate. This business is AMAZING! If you have not downloaded the app, do so now. I got a $15 off code for my first purchase. The value os outstanding. I work close to the May JackBe. So, I just place my order and pick it up after work. Super convenient. Super savvy and …..So JackBe😄❤🥂

Love having an on demand grocery pickup right down the street from me. I can order groceries while I’m in line next door getting coffee and they will be ready for pickup by the time I have my coffee in hand. No minimums and no membership fees. Service is excellent. Produce and hot items are fresh. Overall an excellent experience.

Love having JackBe in the neighborhood. It's so convenient and quick. I can make an online order and pick it up in 15 minutes. The employees are friendly and helpful. Have never gotten an incorrect order or had to wait long at pick-up. I will probably never shop at walk-in groceries again. Most friendly people you'll ever meet! Had my order prepared fast and even brought me a strawberry shortcake to sample while I waited! They have great deals on select items daily and they have their bags color coordinated so you'll know frozen from pantry foods. You can't ask for anything else.. just go ahead and place your order!

I love love love jackbe! It’s one of my favorite grocery stores because of how fast I can order my groceries and then they have them ready to go within minutes! I also love how kind the employees are when bringing everything to my car. The bag system helps with unpacking when I get home! And I love that there isn’t a minimum on how much I order! I can order one thing or fifty and they are just as fast!

It is absolutely fantastic. The people are so nice and helpful. I don’t have a car and to be able to go there and pick up what I need even if it’s just one thing is fantastic. They pick out high quality stuff for you too. It’s really been amazing.

Really like the place. They have good specials and I always get them in bulk. Pretty nice and friendly staff, they usually call me “Miss” and I love how gentle they are with my groceries. Great deals and service. Sometimes they even give you samples of their food and some days they have free icecream!!! 100% recommended.

I love the friendly customer service at JackBe! My order is always ready for me to pick up in a very short time (usually less than 10 minutes). They have an easy to order app and it is so convenient whether I need just a few items or many.

Jackbe is fantastic! Each time I've shopped with them I am shocked at how quickly they pull the order and have it ready for pickup. It takes approximately 3 minutes for the order to be picked once I've placed it. I just tried their second location on Danforth and had the same prompt service. Keep up the good work!

I have shopped with JackBe since they opened. Every single experience with them reminds me why I come back every single time. The convenience and how quick they are is a literal no brainer. I am a last minute working mom who does not always plan meals and do the whole pick up grocery from other stores that you have to essentially plan 48 hours before. JackBe has changed the game for quick dinners from their deli that we actually utilized tonight but also for dinners on the go because you can get your thawed meat with everything you need in 15 min. Knowing I cannot make it in and out of a store or schedule pick up in that time frame is a win for me. For me…. It is absolutely worth it.

I love the convenience of JackBe and the staff is so friendly! It’s nice to be able to place a quick order if I’ve forgotten something on my grocery list and can just swing by and pick it up so quickly without going into a store. All of the produce is always so beautiful as well!

This service has been so handy for us! It's very convenient to make your list and pick it up on the way home from work. All the employees have been very professional and nice. They are always adding new items to the store, and lately they've been adding more fresh fruits and vegetables. I really like the color coded bags so that when you get home you know what needs to go right into the freezer. I wish they had paper bag options, though.

So fast! Placed my order when I got to the store, it was out in about 2 minutes. I love this place. So convenient, a good selection of products, comparable prices to other grocery stores — but so much more convenient!!
