ALOYA and Sherri have great customer service skills, and went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to get everything needed from their store in order to have a successful event.

I’ve seen such vast improvement in this store location in the past couple of months and I’m loving it! The aisles are clear, the shelves are stocked and the outside of the store is clean and picked up! No overflowing trash, etc. it’s for sure the only location in Edmond I frequent now. Keep up the great work!

If I could give this store a 0 I would. I placed order online, received time to pick it up. Arrived to pick it up only to find that the website was not working. Ridiculous. Then I check my bank account and there were 3 charges. Checked this morning and 2 were gone but one is still pending. This is the worst store I have ever scene. It has spent more time closed than it has opened!!! The manager should be fired. The place is always in disarray, most of the time you have to look around for someone to check you out. Why is it not stocked???why is the website even up to take orders if it doesn’t work?? Yes I’m 😤 THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! I was counting on the stuff I had ordered. Was not even informed until I went to pick up. Do you think Walmart would do that??? NO !!!! I would not recommend this store to anyone. When it opened our community was so happy. They never abide by their hours I have showed up several times to see a note saying they closed early. Poor Business etiquette!!!worst place to shop. Not enough workers to put inventory away. Half the time you can’t even get down an isle. Waste of space. They should be reported to BBB. They should also be sued for misrepresentation. Why have a website and allow orders to be taken and paid for and not even have the courtesy to inform customer till they show up to pick up. Just do us a favor and close up!!

Every time I go to the store there's a handwritten note that says they're closed early or they have a meeting. This store suck and just need to close down if you can't keep your hours.

This location opens at 8am. I stopped by at 8:30am today and nobody was there. The doors were still locked. I even waited 10 mins and still nobody. You might need to find reliable employees.

The store hours state it is open until 10pm. However, a handwritten note is posted on the door saying the store closed early. I have been to this location 3 times and each time is a new note with a different closing time.

This is the worse Dollar General ever! Never opened when they’re supposed to be. Always some excuse written on the door as to why. Just shut down already!

This has got to be the worst DG. Which is a shame because it opened not long ago. But it’s never open during store hours and when it is there’s never an employee at checkout.

Just left from dollar general, hours of operation say 8 am-10 pm online also big sign on the front door says the same however it’s 8 :24 am and doors were locked nobody to be found in site

Got there at 9:00pm closed. Supposed to be open til 10. So inconvenient...

Empty shelves because the inventory is piled in the aisles still in boxes.
