This is by far the friendliest and cleanest convenience store I've been in. The atmosphere is very positive and the employees are very nice, the Gm, Michelle is so helpful and courteous. Also a great place to work if you like this type of job, it's more family oriented rather than co worker based. Overall always happy when I leave there.

On 6/20/18 I went into the Stripes store at 895-A 306 . A young man, by the name of Justin waited on me, at 3:16 pm. He was the nicest young man I have ever encountered. not only was he knowledgeable about the store and where to find everything I was looking for, he also told me with a pleasant attitude. He was thanking everyone that was coming in, He was a customer service jewel. I wish that the company would not let this young man slip through the cracks. He is a very valuable asset to the company.

My Morning Taco Stop is Hand Made With care By the Wonderful Ladies at the Taco Bar at the Stipes on 306 In New Braunfels. I started picking up tacos Here in the Morning About Six months ago and A Lady that moved here from Chicago really Stepped up the Love and Care she puts in the Food she Prepares. All I can Say is how Awesome and Delicious the Food is here and Even more so When's The Chicago Lady is there. Thank you Ladies it's a Pleasure .

Nothing special about this place, however they have a good menu of hot food.

The store is ok except they do not let you know that they are not affiliated with the adjoining car wash. I went to the store today. Bought gas and paid 10.00 for a car wash. While in the car wash it malfunctioned leaving pink suds all over my car. I went in to the store and tried to get a refund but was told they had nothing to do with the car wash. I told them that needs to be posted some where so customers know in case of a situation like this. The woman at the store said ' mam they won't allow us to do that's. She did gave me the number for the manager of the car wash, he was concerned. He said he will refund the money tomorrow.

I live around the corner from this store and it's supposed to be convenient. However, every time you go in there it's dirty and they never have what I want. The manager Kristen always has an excuse. The rewards program never works either. I would think the standards would be higher as this is a corporate store. Just skip stopping there. I gave it one star because it wouldn't allow less!!

Terrible service on the food side. They just walked past me like 3 times after I asked for tacos. She acted like I was pulling teeth when I asked for service

I visited at 4 am Apr 21st with my friend and the employee was extremely rude and intruding on my friend's personal space, he said she was "wandering" and tried to rush us to leave the store when we were taking our time. That's not his business or his job, his job is to ring us up when we are ready and not to follow women around insulting them. Extremely bad first impression, I will not be returning to this location.

2 guys were working when I walked in and one was busy doing a money order or something. I waited in line and never got a greeting from either.. (again one of them was busy making money order)A guy wearing a pink beanie and long hair greeted all the other customers by saying Hi and Hey etc...I got the vibe I was discriminated since I am Hispanic. No hello to me ,no thank you.But to the White customers they did receive a welcome and a thank you..I don't like giving my money at theese convenient stores where they discriminate..This place is so convenient on my drive home from work and never had any complaints..BUT there are many ,many other choices to choose from..So for me I'm gonna wait 6 months or so before I return..maybe the store will do a turn around by then.

Always go to 7/11 every morning there this lady she super rude she's Mexican and bigger I feel like she's racist I'mma a white lady and never felt worse about being in my own skin ariel is the worst I hear the way she talks to the employees it's humiliating.
