Always a great experience when I go here. The store is always so clean and organized. Hate that y'all are going out of business. I met the owner yesterday, she's a customer of my husband's at Walker Reprographics. She is super nice and very down to earth. A wonderful lady. Thank y'all so much!

My first impression was this place is really looked after. I mean as in appearance and presentation means something to this place. They have a good selection on shirts. The vinyl selection is solid but not compared to a bigger vinyl store. But it's ok there's enough here to make whatever you want to design happen. Customer service was great they had that welcome feeling that's always a plus. Everything is well put very neat . Definitely recommend this place was also impressed with their selection on croc charms wasn't expecting that. A++++

Right now they have a going out of business sale so it's bitter sweet! I'm glad I can get a sheet of vinyl for less than $3, but I'm definitely sad they are closing thier doors.

They have great customer service. The staff is very friendly and Pleasant, they always have what I need and the location is in a great spot,their currently offer 11oz sublimation coffee mug

A few days ago was my first time here, the store is super clean, smells good, and has really good prices for the merchandise they have. A young lady, I think her name was Alex or Alice, she was extremely friendly and helped guide me through what I was shopping for, she didn't leave my side making sure I had no other questions or assistance. I love how welcomed I was, and how comfortable I felt shopping here! I will definitely be back when I visit Mesquite again and will recommend this store to others!

I received great service from this store. The staff were committed to great service and were very friendly. The atmosphere was awesome, it was very organized, fully stocked, and they had everything as advertised. Most importantly, the cleanliness and the necessary precautions were taken serious. The entire staff is extremely nice and helpful! I am always greeted and asked if I need assistance when shopping. The location is very convenient. In addition, the late hours are a great help. No to mention they are now open 7 days a week! Sunday’s are always last minute and unexpected orders.....being open on Sundays is perfect! We appreciate small businesses and black businesses! Thank you so much for your location and convenience.

I normally only write reviews when I’m dissatisfied with a company. I want to share with y’all my experience today and why I love this company . I drove from Fort Worth to this location (1 hour) for a particular shirt and once I got there they did not have it. The owner went above and beyond for me. She took ownership for the mistake and took it upon herself to make sure I left with a smile and she even found a location nearby (after calling 3+ places) to get me the shirt and even paid for the shirt. That’s exactly how you do business, it’s not about what you do , it’s always about how you fix the situation. She definitely fixed the situation. Her business will go far just for her customer service alone. I highly recommend this company for all your vinyl & craft needs. I will gladly travel 1 hour just to do business with Ms. Dixon! Thank you so much for your great customer service , I really appreciate you for everything today !

I shop here all the time and every time I go the staff are courteous. SEVERAL times I would go in just to ask for help and each time they are MORE than helpful and always solve my dilemmas! I am so glad they are here and their prices are very affordable. Thanks guys for all you do!

I’ve been trying to get to this store since April 2021 and we finally made it! The store was EXTREMELY clean, organized and labeled. Everything was easy to find, you really should Not have any questions about the product when you go in here unless you’re a new crafter like myself. I didn’t ask any questions because I’ve been doing months of research so I knew what was what. I’ll definitely be back and I generated a lot of ideas while I was shopping.

My wife sends me to this store several times a week and the staff automatically know that I am still completely lost and they are beyond helpful. Even when they are out of supplies I do not mind waiting because they have the best quality. A store being out of supplies means that they are doing a great job with customer service and sales otherwise they would have everything I need. It takes a lot of GRIT to run a business successfully during a pandemic so if I could give more than 5 stars I would! I appreciate the COVID restrictions they have set in place to ensure that everyone remains safe. I feel like family when I enter into the establishment. It may be small but it means a lot when you are greeted individually. I’ve been in other stores and not even received as much as a have a good day. I’m excited to see the growth in this company as I hear they will be expanding and offering more items.

Great customer service the employees were very nice and respectful the quality is amazing I love my shirts. They got it in a timely fashion. And the price wasn’t bad. All around a great business.
