Excellent customer service and good quality products! I am primarily a soap maker, and the two fragrances (Mediterranean fig, and champagne) I have used in soap, have performed wonderfully with no discoloration or acceleration. They fragrance has remained after 8 weeks. I have also used the aroma beads to make freshies, and they are of good quality.

I Have been a customer for about six years now and i love love them! They have grown more and have so much of what I need. The fragrances they have are wonderful and have always produced a great hot or cold throw in my candles. Now that I am into soaping and bath and body products they have everything I need. My drive is a bit far but well worth it. Great customer service and very helpful if you have any questions about how to get started on making a product. When I have ordered online I received my order within two days!

I always order from this business for hobby candle making, scents, and diffusers. I've ordered a couple dozen times with no issues. Last time I ordered, my order got delayed 4 or 5 days. When I called they promptly took care of it, and even expedited an additional order, and gave me free shipping to make up for the inconvenience. All without me asking or prompting. Great customer service and great products.

Today was my first time visiting. My sister-in-law and I were blown away by the selection and the helpfulness of every one.

The prices were astounding. Far lower than just about any website I have found. I was extremely happy with the quality of the colorants, and fragrances that I purchased. When I showed my fiancé my haul today, he was scared to ask me how much I spent and was extremely happy with he number I told him, he said (based on previous orders of mine) he was expecting TRIPLE what I had paid.

I am so happy to have found this shop in my own town, I would much prefer to shop local, especially when the quality surpasses almost every supplier I have tried. I will be a regular customer, that is for sure!

Today was my first day going to this store. It was absolutely amazing!! Everyone was so nice && sweet. They help you with whatever you Need! The owner was Great!! I enjoyed the store. Very organized && clean. && have wonderful prices on Grade A products! I am now a new customer. Ty swcs!

Now I must say today I returned to this store and it meant alot that the owner recognized me, and apologized for the previous incident. It felt great for him to pull me to the side and remember me and apologize. The products have always been great. He truly had me in tears because never has a company did this and made it this personable.

I used to love this place but had a bad experience where I was buying some thing and had it in my hand and on my paper, but the racist lady come from the back to say something because I was Black and holding an item. Now I just pay the shipping from other companies.

I love coming here! All the employees are so nice and informative. And they have such an awesome variety of micas, fragrances, and many other products! All The fragrance oils I have purchased / smells always smell EXACTLY like the labeled name. They even host candle / soap making classes for beginners. Awesome place to purchase your supplies !!!

Hi I am a regular customer of southwest candle supplies and I wanted to share my story with you I make cold process soaps. So I knew I needed to buy some more lye flakes (sodium High dioxide ) so I went to Southwest candle company to buy some lye flakes sodium high dioxide not potassium dioxide. I was a honest mistake that I bought potassium dioxide not sodium high dioxide for cp soaps. I made three batch of soap that never made and had to throw them out all because of a little mistake I didn't know I made asking for the flakes the sales lady said are you sure you want lye flakes?I said yes so she went and got the flakes so I went home all happy think I had gotten the right things I needed but little did I realize I did not . So three filled batches later and double checked my recipes and scale and two old stick blender that died on me for good later I finally called the store this morning and told them what had happend and they we so sweet and nice to me the checked my order and it was a mix up on my part because she asked did it come in a bag or a container.? I said bag and I did ask if it was possible that I got the potassium high dioxide she was nice and said yeah that is what you got by mistake . Now let me explain potassium high dioxide and sodium high dioxide look the same .they were so nice to inform me of the difference and very helpful to me .it was a honest mistake I made but I be going back as a happy customer.
