I'm shocked after reading the horrible reviews for this pharmacy! Yes I've had problems with the staff and wait time but never with Gail! She is very pleasant, professional and is always working. In the past year there has been a new pharmacist and alot of staff turnover but compared to Walgreens across the street CVS is by far better!! C'mon and give them a break!

This CVS is typical CVS. I did find so protien powder and other health products on sale, so that was nice. I did wait in line for a considerable time, and in mid-day it seemed they were short staffed.

Horrible pharmacy. Took them over an hour just to update my insurance information in the system. The second drive thru lane is always closed (employees put a shopping cart to block the lane), pharmacy hours are horribly inconvenient, and they are always understaffed. The rest of the store is fine, but there are much cleaner CVS stores out there.

I sat in line at the pharmacy drive through for 30 minutes. When I finally moved up, the checker took my information and asked for insurance verification. She took it and didn’t get back to me for another 20 minutes when I pushed the call button, then she told me that she’s trying to put it into the system. She was running back and forth behind the counter the entire time. I told her to “give me back my insurance card” and I had my prescription transferred to a Walgreens. This was at 6:00 pm, so I couldn’t get my much needed prescription until the following day.

My name is April and this CVS Pharmacy is sooooo slow. The workers have no respect for the customers time. Ridiculous!!!
