Dennis was extremely knowledgeable and hospitable. Even with me being indecisive, he didn't get annoyed. Dennis rang me up, I paid and immediately had second thoughts! He voided the transaction and just listed the details of each selection. That way, I felt confident about my decision. I changed my selection and purchased exactly what I wanted. I'm very happy with my new phone and the hospitality given store wide. The other team members were helping customers, but still spoke and made me feel welcomed. Kindness goes a long way!

Sarah was extremely helpful and super attentive! I was able to walk in, finance a new phone, add accessories, and transfer all my data in less than an hour. She listened really well and had great customer service! My go-to T-Mobile was closed, but this one might be my new go-to!

Staff is super helpful and went WAY out of their way for me. I wanted a Quest 2 for a birthday party. I went in on a Saturday evening and they did not have what I wanted in stock so the assistant manager drove across town and got one from another store and brought it back for me!!! Saved a birthday and made someone very happy. Thank you all for your work.

Great service. Went in there to get my Apple Watch set up and was met by a great staff. They answered all my questions and took care of me in a reasonable time.

I was at the tmobile store, and Poli is very much a customer advocate and speaks on your behalf. Even though it was so busy, she went above and beyond to help with trying to fix my billing issue.

Also while I was on the phone making a cancelation to transfer the number she asked me if she could provide assistance to those waiting. This is multitasking to keep all customers happy. Excellent service. I spent 6 hours on the phone over 4 days and accomplished nothing. Coming in here fixed everything in under an hour. Jonathan was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to solve my problem, which was to try to get a number from a sprint line into a new tmobile account. I'm very satisfied. I was inches from going with Verizon, but this location kept me with TMobile <3

A lot was going on. One customer was full of complaints and another elder customer came in and needed help with a feature on his phone. It was the most amazing thing to see no employees sigh in frustration or even looked annoyed. They are 100% professional and even helped me quickly. Best T-Mobile store I’ve been to!

Well. Sprint decided to disappear, so; my sister and I had to take a trip to the T-Mobile store. Not excited may I say.
After getting there the earliest posible, we got miss Marissa as our guide in a tour of actualizing phones. Change plans fix things we didn’t even know could be done. It took over 2 hours. And I got to make ever question come to my mind. ( some on them very dumb may I add) I’m technologically challenged, she had all the patience and got everything set and change the way we needed.

The employees were so nice and professional. The staff was well informed of their products and current promotions to help me decide what my options were. I felt very safe as they adhere to the physical distancing guidelines as well as wearing masks to ensure both the customer and employee's safety.

Great service. I appreciate Adriana and Danny. Although both busy when we walked in they both greeted us and when I asked to play music while we waited Danny gave us the green light. Once we started working with Adriana we were quickly done. They were not only helpful they made changing phones over actually fun.
