AT&T Store

Had a fraud problem with my account. Someone tried to buy a new phone on my dime and I had no service. Brought it into Ryan and he was extremely nice and patient, above and beyond! Everything is working now!

I can’t remember the store manager’s name, but she was very friendly and knowledgeable. The best experience I’ve ever had at this location.

I would give Angela 20 stars every time I come in she’s the best!!

Dylon and Taj were the best! We had great customer service & they had nice personalities. They were also very informative and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

I walked into this store and noticed only one employee presently on the floor working. She was already helping a customer and another customer was waiting... She paused, greeted me and said she will help me as soon as she can. (I like that, to be acknowledged and greeted) I waited patiently while she professionally handled the two customers needs that were ahead of me. When it was my turn, I requested for my phones e-sim to be transferred to a physical sim card. It went nice and smooth!

Meek was an amazing guy! He helped me get my new z fold 3, and I got an IPhone 12 for my son! He made it super easy, made it to where I understood everything I was getting into. He really hooked it up for me, and really created an amazing experience for me. He even stayed after close to make sure I was taken care of. Absolutely recommend going to the store on belt line and 30. Ask for Meek!

Eddy and Adrian provided fantastic customer service. Answered all our questions and set up everything. Service made easy. I highly recommend using this store for all your needs and purchases. These guys are awesome!

I really appreciate ceasar for taking the time setting up my phone. The manager (Angela) was very helpful, she took time importing my info from my old phone she was very nice.

I was seen almost immediately upon entering the store. I met an associate named Angelica that basically radiated positive energy. She helped me with the requests that I had and was very patient with me even though the requests were pretty time consuming. I plan on upgrading my phone soon and will definitely be going in to see her when I do. Very happy with the customer service at this location.

Absolutely astonishing customer service. I walked in upset about not having insurance for my damaged phone. “That ain’t no problem” is all I remember hearing before being kindly assisted to make the best decision to getting a new phone that would fit my budget. I highly recommend this store!!

Eduardo was phenomenal today. I am limited in my knowledge of technology and he was so patient and he explained things so well that I was amazed at how much I learned from him.
