Standing Ovation Cafe

I love Standing Ovation Cafe! Every time I’m in the area, I stop by. My nieces love the drinks and the mochi doughnut. The avocado toast is great. I also like that they added a few local vendor items. I will definitely keep coming back!

Before I continue with my review, I’d like to emphasize that the owners of Standing Ovation Cafe are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met! Please do not be afraid to ask them for help if you have any questions regarding how to order or if you have some off-menu requests. They have even added a section when ordering for “special requests”. I think this is a really smart move considering how customized peoples’ drink orders can get nowadays. Personally, I think the reviews on here where people say they are tech-savvy but couldn’t figure out how to order what they wanted are ridiculous… if you ask for help, they’ll take care of you.

My wife and I have been frequenting this cafe for months. The owners are very passionate and knowledgeable about the ingredients and preparation methods for their espresso, coffee, and teas. You’re sure to find a drink on their menu you’ll absolutely want to give a try! The food also never disappoints! If you get the avocado toast, definitely get the egg spread with it! My family and I will definitely continue to come here for the food, drinks, and service.

A friend introduced me to this coffee shop. The place is clean, spacious and the aesthetic is wonderful. They make the matcha drink the authentic Japanese way of preparing it. It is the best so far among the one’s I’ve tried in DFW. They also offer toast / panini / mochi donuts.

An amazing place to get coffee and best matcha in Dallas so far! They have boba / milk tea too. I have also tried their toast and panini sandwiches which are amazing as well! It is a good place to study or just hangout with friends. Check it out!!

Update! Told ya I'd be back for "moochi!" RC kept me entertained while Sarah baked those delectable Japanese donuts. I tried the strawberry moochi and it was the perfect balance of preserves and pastry. Can't wait to try all the others.

Always looking for something local and other than the coffee empires! My oatmilk latte is delicious! Atmosphere is inviting, clean, and spacious. Can't wait to come back and try the moochi donuts and other goodies!

Came here after looking on google for a nice place to study with a friend and this place did not disappoint. It’s cute, quiet and their food is delicious. I ordered the pesto panini, cookies and milk bubble donut and tiramisu cloud latte. Everything was delicious. I also love that you order through a tablet (my anxiety acts up sometimes ) so if you struggle with person to person contact this place is great. I definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quiet place to study or a cute place to hang with friends.

Fantastic boba place. I no longer have to drive to north Dallas to get high quality boba and honestly why would I want to because this place truly is one of the best in the DFW area. Consistently tasty, good with customizations, the churro doughnuts are to die for, and the service is great. Honestly my only note is more decor please! Sarrah and her husband are phenomenal!

I go here every now and then with company! It's a really nice place to be. It's not overcrowded with colors or noise and the drinks are great! This is the only place where I actually enjoy tapioca balls :⁠-⁠P

NEW FAV COFFE PLACE. I’ve been here a handful of times already and they never disappoint. I’ve been mostly going down their matcha menu and everything has been a 10/10. My favorite so far is the Oreo matcha latte😋 they have amazing sweet and savory toasts and the people working there are always so so sweet. The place is super cute and spacious- perfect to come study or do some work. Can’t wait to try their whole menu!

The customer service at Standing Ovation is to die for! They cater to dietary restrictions with a warm smile and a great attitude. Everyone is always very sweet and friendly, they make things quick and their prices aren’t bad. They also have cute knickknacks that can be bought at their shop. Overall, they’re a 5/5.

For starters it always smells good in this place like a good case of OCD! And Omg just bit this chicken panini sandwich and it’s fire🔥🥵❤❤💕 IVE NEVER HAD PESTO BUT NOW IM BUYING round 2 I’m addicted!!! Y’all gotta try this 😭🔥! And try the cookies and crème moochi donut!

Awesome and great place for really good coffee, boba milk tea and even grab and go meal! Today was my first time coming here and the staff were so incredibly nice! I ordered their fall season drink which is the whipped pumpkin spice latte iced with oat milk and chicken salad sandwich. Oh my Soooo good!! The place is beautiful and it's really just perfect.

The drinks are very good! The atmosphere is clean and calm. No overly loud music. Nice, chill setting. I had a milk tea with matcha. I don't recall the exact flavor. But it was delicious. Also tried a donut. Very good. Will definitely be back. Strawberry Gelato was also superb.

We stopped by this morning to test out this new cafe. Cute, clean and simple spot with lots of space. We got the tirimusi latte and matcha fusion latte. SO GOOD- coffee is high quality and fresh (and I'm picky). Very friendly workers, and you order on a tablet which is nice. I love that the barista makes the drinks in front of you and explains what he's doing. My new favorite neighborhood coffee shop! We will definitely be back, esp to try the food.
