Whataburger

I just want to give Mrs. May at ordering (dine-in) a shout out! She’s was super sweet and kind when, during and after enjoying a meal at this Sunnyvale location Whataburger. More fast food/restaurants need caring ,wanting to work people like her! Come on Whataburger owners go on and compensate her - you’ll be blessed in multiples.

I have rated it five stars because it’s the best Whataburger possible.

We live in Sunnyvale so this is “our Whataburger”. Our family has gone to this location many, MANY times since its grand opening. It’s great! The food is always perfect. The restaurant is clean and orderly. We have ordered single meals and enough food for a football team and everything in the middle.

The employees are kind, sweet, and hardworking. Great place for a casual late night bite and also good for to go after kid’s sporting events.

I eat at this Whataburger frequently. I've never had much problem at all. The food is always been great, and the server usually good. Today however they got my order wrong twice. So frustrating!

I came tonight around 1 A.M. on December 3. The ladies working the first and second window deserve a raise. Their interactions made the long line worth the wait. Thank you!

9/11/23 excellent. They took care of my order inside even though it was after midnight. The inside is actually open 24 hours like Whataburger promises (not all locations comply with this).
Newer store. Clean lobby, clean restroom. Food was fresh and they even got it to me relatively quick for the time of night.

Left the hospital at 4:30 am. Stopped and bought a patty melt and fries. Both were fresh, warm and delicious

Just visited this location this evening and placed a mobile order on the app, just choosing the location that came up first. I had just worked about a 14 hour shift and was barely clinging to consciousness, and didn’t realize I had made the order for the wrong location. I got up to the window, and instead of being annoyed, a manager came up and quickly made the order for me. After a rough day at work, I really appreciated being taken off despite the mistake being made on my end. I love this location because of the great service they provide. Manager dude, you made my day, thanks again!

I walked in to this whataburger today with the mindset of walking out upset like many other times before. It's the closest location to me so that's why I keep going. I was surprised, no I was shocked at the difference in how it went this time. There is a young manager there, maybe he's new, but he was great. The customer line was short. Orders were taken fast. He greeted everyone coming in, switched to cashier, then kept going to the back to check on his crew. The place was running the best I've ever seen since this location opened. Kudos to this young man. I'm not sure of his name I think it was Ivan, from his name tag, but he was doing so much im not sure if I read it right.

Friendly folks, made my Cobb salad without bacon & didn't give me a pre-made one where I had to pick it off. They completely cubed the chicken, unlike lots of Whataburgers.

Today July 14 at 3:03am. I experience the best customer service by a employee of the name of Janelle. Very nice and sweet person, we need more people like her 🙂👍.

This is a new Whataburger, food was great! as usual super nice establishment. I would have gave it a 5-star rating on service but I'm use to other whataburgers bringing ketchup and all the condiments to your table. And as I always say in the fast food restaurant business, when no one says hi welcome to Whataburger or whatever other business they don't greet you with a smile or thank you for coming in that really is a letdown.

I ordered 30 breakfast burritos for my crew to pick up, they said it would be ready at 12:30 am and the crew did a fabulous job of getting them ready so I didn't have to wait, excellent job!

My breakfast taquito was great, but the potato hashbrown side was over cooked and tasted awful.... same with the ones my husband got. The servers were great.

This is a new store near me. I went inside to order and pick up a patty melt to take home for supper. The service was excellent as were the prices. The wait wasn't too long and I have to say the meal is now my favorite!

Went to drive through early this morning and the guy was so friendly on the speaker and at the window! Best I've seen in a long time anywhere. Didn't get his name but it was between 6:30 and 7am. Food was also excellent!

I was going to give 2 stars cause the service was not so good my first time here. However, I tried it again cause the food is good ! This time I went through the drive-thru (different people working this time) and the attitudes and attentiveness from the women Pam and amber, I believe was their names, was awesome. Miss Pam made my day ❤ her energy was everything! Food hot and good per usual !

I had lunch here with my husband a couple days after they opened. We dined inside and the food came out quickly despite them being busy. Part of our order was wrong but they fixed it and gave us some extra fries so we didn't mind at all! The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food was great! We are excited to have Whataburger in Sunnyvale.

I hate when you have to pay for your condiments and they still forget to give them to you🙄
The gentleman at the window double triple checked for me and didn't hand me my food until he made sure they were in there!!! Idk about y'all but I think that's F*@!in AWESOME!! Y'all rocked my condiment world late night crew👍🏽😀🤗

I drive from TOWN EAST BLVD to Collins rd. And hwy 80 To get my Whataburger and don't mind doing so. The food is fresh, hot and served with a very good attitude . The last time I went in the one on Galloway, I watched 4 orders and one of the 4 was mine returned, because they had gotten them wrong. Took it back up and got ONE NASTY ATTITUDE .... FROM THE GOLD TOOTHED MANAGER!!! NEVER WILL I GO TO THE GALLOWAY STORE AGAIN.
I will triple my miles and go to the Collins store!!!!!!°
Still have not returned to the Galloway store. Hwy 80 store is GREAT

Bomb! Food is always fresh, never usually alot of people so I can get some last minute calls for work in, or just collect my thoughts in a clean, & quiet environment. Nice engaging employees & lots of history on the walls! Great place, Whataburger!
