I was greeted when I walked in & was helped out as well. They were a little low on balloon supplies, but helped me get what I needed. I was able to get candles and whatever else needed for the birthday party.

Party City is a one-stop shop for everything Halloween Custome.
I got a Harry Potter Halloween Gown and a pitch fork.
The prices are affordable, and I had a great experience shopping and having fun viewing the massive items on display.

I ordered balloons to be delivered to my son at his place of employment. I realized I forgot to add the weight for the balloons. So, I called the next day and the manager said not worry about any additional cost that she would add the weight to my order.
The next day, the day before the delivery was scheduled, my son told me he would not be at work that day. So, I called the store to change the address. I spoke with Tristan. She called her GM and wasn't sure how the third party delivery service would handle my request, but insured me that if they would not delivery them then her GM, Jessica, would delivery them herself. This is above and beyond.
Thanks so much to Tristan and Jessica for getting my son's birthday balloons delivered to him and on time!!!

Went in for a wig. Got it and left. Price was $21. Most of the stores are closed down so to find one you drive

The two ladies who were there May 3, around 7 are such sweethearts. They were swamped with balloon orders and still provided me with excellent customer service.

This location is my favorite now. The store has a new general manager and the customer service is second to none. I would highly recommend this store for all of your party / costume needs. Also you should see the amount of balloons they have!!!!!!

If you want helium balloons, this is the place! They have a huge selection of balloons and add-ons to make the balloons last longer, etc. Very pleasant staff

I needed balloons for a birthday, went in same day and got exactly what I needed.

They have pretty much anything you can think of for whatever event you're planning. Really a shame this place isn't busier because that can't be good for business, but it's also nice not to shop in a crowd.

Surprised that prices are higher than online but loved seeing the displays.
