Target

One of our favorite store for essentials and home items. We’ve always had good experience here from the produce to grocery and all the way to the clothing department and electronics. The quality of the items are very nice and the prices are fairly Mart.

This target is always clean and the staff is friendly. I frequent this stores online pickup and they are always very quick to pack my order. I have never had any missing items from my online orders. They have most of what you need grocery wise at a decent price, I wish they would carry some more variety of vegetables such as peppers, but it's a target so I can't complain too much.

Lots of parking, good job of keeping stock in, and friendly staff. One of their male greeters on the North entrance is the best greeter I have seen anywhere. Always talking to everyone with an upbeat personality. Alex, Emilio, and Jim in the dairy are also so friendly and will me and other customers find things. Jhansi is also very nice. Their cashiers that manage the self checkout are always friendly and pleasant. The front end supervisor (male with longer hair), is always quick to help people into empty lanes if the line is getting long. And the male bakery manager is a doer. Friendly and always helping out in other departments. This store works as a team and you are supporting a good staff.

We all love Target but I did notice on this particular trip that when I scanned a few items with my target app that the price in store was cheaper than the app/online. Not disappointed, just surprised!

I utilize curbside pickup, at Quail Springs Target, due to health & mobility issues, and believe that Target is the best for quality and price point for almost everything. Additionally, their employees are professional, friendly, and respectful. The few times I've encountered an issue, it's been addressed immediately, to my satisfaction. I've shopped at Target for decades, and rarely shop elsewhere. I've always felt very safe inside the store, and outside in the parking area. Target maintains their landscaping, and keeps their outside area clean, and safe, with employees often working outside. I, like so many, shop exclusively at Target, for all of my needs.

Extremely and well organized store, it was easy to find everything I needed without having to circle the hole place.

Online order was ready on time. Easy pick-up at the counter with my bar coded email. Clean and orderly with smiling employees ready to help. One of my favorite places to shop.

I picked up school supplies for my son. Returned what he didn’t need and a really nice backpack that unfortunately was too large according to him. I appreciated Targets customer service kindness and speedy service.

The employees at the Quail Springs Target are so willing to help customers. In this time post-covid it is very refreshing that companies are still training people to be civil and polite.

Love the customer service at Target. A lot of stores are out of stock on many items and it gets so frustrating to have to reorder somewhere else. Target does a great job with stocking what you need and their customer service for curbside as well as in store is great.

Always the best prices, selection, trends and easiest and fastest returns. Love the price adjustment policy and the discount for using a Red card. Favorite place to shop!

The store is clean and organized. Easy to shop. One store employee seems to be a little grumpy about policies and procedures. Heard him talking loudly about how he “quit trying to understand the company and it’s just a job now.” Maybe just one unhappy employee?

Today I had a nice shopping experience until the cashier did a terrible job bagging!

Never a bad experience. Store is so clean and employees are always so helpful. Highly recommend ordering in advance and picking up your order.

I had such a nice lady check me out. She was so friendly I left so happy. Everything was so clean and pretty, I wanted to buy it all. (Luckily I somehow had self control). A gentleman passed me while shopping and asked me how I was doing. You must have good managers who create a good culture where people want to come to work. Good job!!

Curbside with NO price limit! You could order 1 orange for pickup and it's all good! Quick curbside service and easy refund process!

The staff have always been polite, resourceful, and helpful. The front line associate jumps in to assist if the lines become too long to minimize the wait to check out.
