I absolutely loved my experience at this location. The parking lot was clean. The staff greeted me, advised of the current sales, recommended fragrances to smell, and asked if they could help me with anything. They worked as a team to get my online order quickly. Tyheina was so kind and helpful to me. Angela was also kind, helpful, and very patient with me during the checkout process. I absolutely will be returning. Thank you, ladies! You really made my day.

Fun. Fun. Fun. For me it's like visiting a foreign country. I rarely use fragrances but my daughter and granddaughter needed a couple of gifts for her teachers. I looked around as they shopped and consulted.

My hands have been becoming dry so I cruised the hand cream table. The small $4 tube is an awesome shea butter mix. One of as at least 10 scents. Tested it with sample tube tester. Lovely fragrance. Coconut. Turned out it's the same one my granddaughter has already at home. Hawaii tropical scent. Yum.

Daughter had coupon and bought my two items. My two were around $10 and when added to theirs, it made the difference and she used a $10 off $30 coupon making my items free. Yippee! Score! Now out the door and on to next store. Shopping with girls can be fun.

Was looking for a new kind of spray/lotion to use. I was slightly overwhelmed because of the many choices. I asked for help from one of the ladies and let her know I was using A thousand wishes and wanted something different. She referred me to multiple scents that were similar as far as the types of smells I go for. She was super patient with me and was very knowledgeable about each product. Before I left she hollered at me asking what I ended up choosing, which was Into the Staff. Great staff ❤❤

Store was well kept very aesthetically creative how products were displayed. Customer service warm, inviting, supportive to a T. Plenty of items to select from, very good quality stock.

The annual candle sale, well stocked, crazy busy, but very organized. Much better location than the mall. Staff abided by city ordinance on covid, keeping all safe as possible.

Love this B&BW location. Every time I go in, I'm greeted and remembered. Very attentive staff.

Semi-annual sale! My favorite time to stock up! Got over $200 worth of goodies for $50. This includes candles and a nice Father's Day gift!. Lots of items for $3.95 and 75% off. The store is clean and well stocked and the customer service was spot on. Happy shopping:-)

I went for their by 2 candles get 2 free and with the 20% off coupon on top of that it was a good deal. I purchased the Strawberry Pound Cake candle I burned it tonight and it smells delicious.

This store has EVERYTHING! The staff are very helpful, suggesting scents and discounts you may be eligible for. I will definitely be going back.

Love the deals they have and the rewards

The place incredibly crowded just before the holiday, but even that didn't stop staff from being incredibly helpful. For a guy who really doesn't buy a lot of frou frou stuff for women, it was a nice change to have some help and advice.

I love this store. It's always well stocked with plenty of great smelling products. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I can walk in, tell them what I'm looking for and they'll take me right to it. I can be in and out in just a few minutes or be left alone to browse without a sales person hovering over me. Always a great experience and mood lifter to shop here.

This Bath and Body Works store is a stand alone store in a very busy area so it gets lots of foot traffic. At this particular store the staff members are all so very helpful. In my 30 minutes inside the store I had 3 staff ask me if I needed help and when I did they were readily available. They have a large supply of the products sold, especially the holiday ones. They even offered me a couple of the clear bags with the trademark Bath & Body Works logo on it to put my gifts in. I liked that they offered and I didn't even need to ask. Since I had gotten coupons in the mail I asked if I could use 2 different ones one just one transaction and I could and did! It was a very good shopping experience.

The staff is friendly. They are a tight race with Edmond store. Great selection. They know my face.
