This location is absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond for their customers. I had some issues with my phone and they were all really fast with assisting me and getting me into a temporary phone right away since I have to have my phone for work. Any time I have been in there I have been greeted with a smile from everyone and even small talk. Thank yall for all of your hard work and for taking care of your customers! Definitely glad I decided to go with att when choosing my phone service.

This is hands down the best service of any store I have ever been in. Each time I have been here a different employee has helped me and all are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! This Denison store staff is exemplary and really needs to be given an extra little something of appreciation. You need to keep good employees. They are your business. Especially in these times. I know. I am a real estate broker in Texas, Oklahoma and HUD and that code of ethics is not just for clients but everyone .

Cannot say enough good things about the AT&T store in Denison TX. Had been frustrated with the Sherman store....waited 40 or more minutes to talk to an agent. Then once the plan for my phone upgrade was decided....agent said their store was out of the phone I wanted.
Checked Best Buy...they too were out. Finally called Denison...nice rep said they did have ONE...and she would put it back for me. I drove the 15 min. Got right in to agent....got new phones...old data downloaded. I am elderly...agent patiently showed me the features of the new phone! Appreciate Courtney! Worth the longer drive and will always use Denison AT&T from now on! Went back Sat. with a question...young man helped me! I am a fan!!

Well I could go either way...? 1 star or a complete 5..? I walked through the door 10 minutes to close and there is a loud dramatic woman borrowing their phone. Trying to communicate or think straight was difficult until a Denison police man escorted her outside to continue to try and solve her problem. The guy working there did not let the issue interfere with customer service. I needed to activate a new unlocked phone and he spent an entire hour after closing trying to get it up and running. No luck though and I had already purchased the new plan. So I left with a fully functional SIM card but no phone to put it in ..... So you be the judge... Good customer service! But apparently not knowledgeable enough to fully activate my phone.

Professional people with great info to their products, they go out of their way to keep AT&T a top provider in the nation. Good work!

The agents were knowledgeable on all three occasions they do not mind answering questions or demonstrating your phone options never hesitate always friendly. You can hear their smile behind their mask lol

Eric is the best. He will help you with anything you need at the store and knows what he is doing.

I've added a phone to my plan and ported the number over with ease. Took no time at all to get everything set up and going. Anytime I have a question, the staff has always been able to answer it quickly.
