I choose Lowes over their computer every time. This is great store. They just need more staff on Sundays. Karen in cabinets is the best. She helped us with both cabinets and counter tops for our new place.

Had a good experience but be ready to have things taken to customer service or pay in each dept. Keep in mind though I purchased some expensive Dewalt tools, weed eater etc. Other wise could have paid at any register. Had good help to carry and help me out though.

I love this place. I like shopping or looking for lumber here!! I love the smell of fresh lumber!! 😆 This place has ANYTHING and EVERYTHING you might need and such a HUGE variety of things and tools, if you can't find it, the workers will be more than happy to help you find anything you need, they'll help you load and unload heavy or bulky merchandise, and they provide some of the best customer service I've seen in a long time. They're so patient and understanding with you and your individual situation. They have the Lowe's Pro Accounts which are extremely convenient, very helpful and quick for businesses.

Me and my husband and daughter had a great and fast experience with exceptional service by our associate Karen and another associate that I didn’t catch his name. She was also very kind in giving my toddler a rubber ducky while we waited for our appliances. I will definitely be coming back and recommend others as well.

We’ve had a wonderful experience every time we’ve ordered from Lowe’s. We just had a refrigerator delivered. Sean Knight and Robert Godwin were the delivery men. They were kind, courteous and made the installation effortless. They also smelled really nice. That sounds silly, but it impressed me because it represented the excellent service we received from beginning to end.

I could spend hours in this place! People area always very helpful, except the guy stocking seemed like he wasn't having a good day. But overall super great service and definitely will find some good deals.

We practically live here. We love the Sherman Lowe’s. They are always happy to help and always have what we need for our endless projects!

I always get stuck somewhere, be it the kitchen's, grills, rugs, garden, the list goes on and on. They have everything! And I always find a gem. I found these while shopping for a gardening shade mesh, which I had wonderful help with by the way! The gardening attendant was courteous, quick, and helped me get the right amount when I had forgotten to measure for it.

Great customer experience! Was helped to find everything I needed from one person in many departments. Forgot the lady's name has been working for lows for over 15 years. Was so kind and offered us the Lowe's professional account at no cost. Great help, thank you so much for everything

I tend to choose Lowe's over their rivals, because of the quality & value of their product, as well as their customer service, should a "return of product" be necessary.

My Husband and I went to Lowe's this morning to buy a room air conditioner, our's had gone out last evening. We were assisted by a wonderful young man who went above and beyond to help us. We are in our late seventies and my husband is disabled and he was patient with us and helped us decide what we needed, loaded it on a cart and even went to the checkout, checked us out and loaded it into our car. I wish I had gotten his name but I will be calling the store make sure he gets the reconciliation he deserves.

Needed help several times and was totally satisfied and found everything we needed with several different employees help. We were new to this store because we only stay in Texoma area during vacation or while checking on our cabin. We will be shopping here from now on rather than in Dallas metroplex area. The employees are much friendlier and the shelves are all fully stocked. Awesome experience.

I appreciated the assistance I received from the associate who went above & beyond helping me figure out what I needed for my project & where it was. I almost bought a product that would not have served the outcome I wanted. Thankfully, after I described what I was trying to do, the associate gave me suggestions that I went ahead & implemented. It turned out so much better than I expected. I really appreciated the help & the great adventure.

Kelly and Tommy are always very quick to get my orders out when I order Curbside pickup and the orders are always correct. It seems like I'm there a few times a week.
