We found this spot on our way back home and they have THE BEST biscuits I've ever had! They literally melt in your mouth, and I'm glad I don't live close or else I'd be eating there all the time!

Great for breakfast. We tried the Hash Stack and the Farmers Skillet with biscuits. Both were very good and large servings. We had extra onions on the skillet plate. The charge for a few more onions was $1.50. Just seemed to be excessive. This was the only con. The food, the service, and the atmosphere was great. Our waitress was very attentive and checked on us several times.

Even though this place was extremely busy and we waited 15 min to be seated, the food and service was great. I had the farmer's skillet. The flavor was perfect-grilled bits of onions and bacon mixed with the hash browns with eggs on top. My husband enjoyed the Lumberjack meal which consisted of sausage, bacon, ham, hash browns, eggs, and two slices of locally baked cinnamon bread made into French toast. The portions are huge. Most people left with to go boxes. Service was friendly and attentive.

We travel quite a bit and eat at quite a few restaurants on our journeys. I try to always pay attention to reviews of food places. This place got enough good reviews that I figured we should try it. The good reviews were not wrong. The place has an amazing breakfast. The ceilings were clean which speaks volumes about restaurants. The bathrooms were clean. All of the dining areas were clean. The guy busing the tables was very personable and well kept. Meaning he didn’t look like he crawled out of bed and came to work which I am impressed with. The waitresses were all very friendly and kept a check on us to make sure that we didn’t need anything else. The pancakes were amazing according to my husband who is a pancake connoisseur. Meaning he’s eaten a bunch of them 🤣. When I asked for a to go coffee (which I very rarely do because it’s not that great at restaurants) I figured it would be a small to go cup but it was not. That is why I included a picture of it. I am impressed with their food and their service. Have a great day whoever is reading this. Happy travels 😊

Each time I have been here the food has been delicious. The restaurant actually smells very clean and it's great to know they spend so much time to keep it so clean. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and happy to assist in making great selections.

Steak and eggs, good breakfast. I loved the fried potatoes. I wish I could say the same for the steak. Just a little hard to chew but good flavor. The staff is always very attentive and I never saw the bottom of my coffee cup.

Stopped here when driving through the area,and it was AMAZING! Great food, it was so good and there was a lot of food that came with each order. Lots of sides, and it just tasted so amazing. The servers were nice and while we were paying we spoke some with the owner’s daughter, she was very sweet. My husband, kids, and I raved about the food the rest of the week.
Will be back every time we go to or from Oklahoma.

Very nice breakfast, generous sized portions! Be prepared to wait if you are coming on a weekend, the line can be very long. We waited 45 mins but it was worth it

We came this morning for breakfast on our 25th anniversary trip and let me tell you-EVERYTHING at this little gem is 5 star. From the moment you step in the door until you leave you are met and dealt with the friendliest, kindest people. The service here in this day is one of the best you could ever hope to experience. The food is absolutely wonderful 😋😋😋. The portions and the price are great. Our server Darlene and hostess Shelly were so attentive and friendly. The whole staff was absolutely wonderful. The owner Nick and others wished us Happy Anniversary. Nick sits and visits with his customers - he told my husband, he will sit with us our next visit. This little jewel is family owned and has been in business 21 years. This is a must if you ever come to Denison TX. This will definitely be on our return list/ visit spot when we are in this area.

We had cheese sticks for an appetizer and cheeseburger and Reuben and it was all good! Highly recommend. The service was great and very friendly. Definitely will be back!

Amazing food, amazing people and great establishment. After eating here I felt like a part of the family! I would recommend this place any day any time of the week.

They always have the best food. We go there after driving up to the Casino. The chicken fried chicken is so big that they had to put my veggies in a bowl separately.

Service here is top notch. You won't have to wait for someone to take your order and your coffee will never go empty. Only rated atmosphere a 4 because it is usually crowded, with good reason.

Amazing small town breakfast spot, got some 🍎 apple juice and water, gravy and biscuits along with a bacon 🥓 Croissant. The hubby got the lumber jack meal. Nick's is pretty busy yet fast service and great food. Very clean spot. Wait staff is very friendly and all very helpful. You can tell they work as a team here and not every waitress for themselves.

We are from Taylor Tx staying only 2 nights here and needed a place for breakfast and OMG WHAT A GREAT PLACE WE FOUND!!! Nick's has excellent food, and service!!! Highly recommend if you find yourself passing through Denison Tx..

We absolutely love this place! So much food for a reasonable price. The staff are amazing and always so sweet even when they are busy. . Our drinks never get close to empty and usually more food than we can eat. We normally go for breakfast but this time my husband ordered a double burger and 1/2 is going home with us!

The food is always amazing!!! Huge portions, definitely get your money worth. Clean dining room and restrooms. Staff is always very friendly.

The Deluxe Grilled cheese with American, pepper jack and Fresh grated mozzarella with small sliced habanero peppers and a trace of garlic l...Minced is awesome. 9/1/23. 9/4/23: these guys get there flour from up in Minnesota somewhere. Man these flakey biscuits just break right apart. Soaked in butter sauce from an old Michigan family recipe, farm fresh eggs from a lil Bonham homeplace. 9/5/23 the farm eggs tasted great, the new butter from the Fort Worth company was fluffy as can be an warm to the touch. Hash browns very good, Utah Gold potatoes couldn't be...any better? Dang

If you were looking for a place that actually still serves real food that tastes amazing, these guys have it all! So many delicious things on the menu I had trouble deciding so I ordered breakfast and dinner!!! The cinnamon swirl French toast is a must try !!! They have two homemade soups fresh daily and variety of all of your favorite hometown southern cooking! Excellent friendly customer service. I felt like I was visiting family! I will be back the next time I’m in Denison!!!
