Wanna Burger

The portion sizes and flavors are really good for the price. We had a mushroom hamburger, a fried chicken sandwich, a grilled chicken sandwich, and a chicken fried steak sandwich with a side of fried mushrooms. Everything wash cooked fresh to order. It was all delicious. The Wanna Burger restaurant has been around for nine years and is in the old Watsons Burger Restaurant that the City of Sherman recognizes the structure as a historical building. Due to the history Wanna Burger also maintained some of the original Watson Burger menu items such as the Monster Burrito currently called Wanna Monster Burrito.

When I walked in I was immediately greeted and made to feel welcome. My order came quickly and accurately. I had a special order and it was made correctly and was warm when it I got it. Excellent customer service and great food! I will return to this location when I am in the area again!

Wonderful food! Everything I've tried is great. My favorite is the outback burger, Philly cheesesteak sandwich, BLT, and sausage egg, and cheese biscuit. If you like ranch, they have the best.

Wanna burger? Boy, I sure do! I can't believe I didn't know about this gem before! The food was warm and absolutely delicious especially for the price! Haven't had something so good and well made in such a long time. Stop by and grab a bite!

This is some really good food. When you get tired of the two dollar burgers on the big chain menus, you will find something different, interesting, and delicious here. They have introduced a new onion ring that is absolutely spectacular. I had some ranch dressing to dip them in, but honestly, they don't even need any dipping sauce because of the flavor. The batter contains a peppery spice (maybe it IS pepper) that puts a different spin on the taste. The burger menu covers everything from the usual cheeseburger to mushroom burgers and turkey burgers. Great coffee, too, with a variety of creamers!

We all loved the food, which was rilly good I'd have shared photos but we dug straight into our food the lady at the counter was rilly nice and even helped me decide on a burger I should try we all got sweet tea and I haft to say there sweet tea is rilly good. Over all experience was a 10-10 will be coming back when we're back in town.

So glad we finally tried this place, we now go through the drive thru 2-3 times a week. It’s close to our work where we are limited with options for places. So grateful Wanna Burger has tons of options on their menu so we never get burnt out. We have yet to have something we don’t like! Their customer services is amazing and love to chat with them while we wait for our food. We recommend ordering the Steak fingers, Gyro, burgers, curly fries, po boys, breakfast, and don’t for get to ask for RANCH! Best in town and they aren’t stingy with it!

Can’t go wrong with the olive burger and tater crowns with (homemade) ranch. Really, really tasty! Kids love the steak fingers as well. Definitely worth a stop if you haven’t tried them before.

Crisp and clean taste. Fresh fries. They bring order to your table. The tea (sweet and unsweetened) is behind the counter, btw.

Great place for a burger! I mean I love this restaurant. Went with my dad but had my 4 month old puppy who got her shots. Owner feed Chandy for free and didn't mind her being at the counter when we ordered. It is the small things that separate good from great.

Steak finger basket and cheeseburgers are always 5 star delicious. The fried pies are amazing. Everything I have tried so far is good!

My friend and I are from Texas but we go to the casinos quite often and we always pass this place. We finally decided to stop today and we are glad we did, we both got bacon burgers that were the freshest burgers either of us have ever had. The buns were toasted, the bacon was crispy, and while the meat was hot our veggies were still crisp and cold, and don’t get me started on the onion rings. They were DELICIOUS. I’m not a ranch fan but my friend said their ranch tasted homemade and was really good! If I could give this place a hundred stars I would! We will definitely be returning

Mushroom burger was very tasty! Everything is clearly made in house and fresh! This place deserves more attention!

Did the drive through only but these burgers and chili are legendary in the area.

The food was delicious and the service was great. They were so sweet.

This place is amazing. Always hot and fresh food. I can literally order my food when I get off work take it home and take a shower and the food is still hot and fresh when I get out. I’ve even can there when they are close to closing time (which I hate doing) and they are still really friendly and nice. I eat here at least 3 times a month 😁

This was first time coming in Let me tell you the food was good and the people working there where amazing love the man that service us just wish I got his name he was nice and friendly We will be coming back there.

This was the friendliest fast food, family owned restaurant I've ever been too. Service was excellent, clean facility, excellent prices and delicious flavors. The meal was hot and freshly made, I would recommend this to anyone traveling down HWY 75, even if you just ate up the road.

We stopped by for a late lunch. Everything was amazing! The burger was straight off the grill - hot and fresh. Ordered onion rings on the side, and I think the batter is home made too! Definitely give this place a try cus it’s worth the wait!

The staff is very friendly! I had the double cheeseburger with bacon and small curly fries. Both were hot and fresh! The burger was very flavorful and the fries were fantastic. I will definitely be back the next time I am in Sherman.
