Excellent local hardware store. Got to go the larger location in Hazel Dell for Rentals though!

This guy named Dave patiently listened to me go on about several different projects I was working on and gave me great advice on all of them. He found the exact screws and tools we needed. He was respectful and humble and knowledgeable just like Ron Swanson! He reminded me of my dad who I miss a lot. Thanks for everything Dave!

Might sound weird, but the bolt and nut selection is very well organized and easy to find what I need. Will mever go anywhere for hardware ever again

I really love visiting Parkrose Hardware on Mill Plain - it's only 3min from my house & a great neighborhood hardware store for all my around-the-house needs! They have an amazing selection of products for being a smaller hardware store (compared to big box) - so far I've been able to find everything I need there! Plus the overall experience & atmosphere is more ideal in my opinion - way less crowded; smaller, practical layout making things easier to locate; peaceful, calm environment; & just less chaotic overall, making it a comfortable shopping environment. Although their prices are sometimes just a tad higher than big box stores, they're not at all unreasonable, & for me at least, are worth the trade off for a better shopping experience. I have had pleasant interactions with all of the staff I've encountered, & they've been happy to help everytime I've had questions. I would love it if they eventually built up their website to allow product ordering for store pickup - that would be super convenient. But the fact that they don't currently, won't detour me from shopping their - I still prefer Parkrose Hardware to any of the local hardware store competitors!

Amazing experience going into this store, being a manger of customer service at a retail I pay real close attention when I go into stores.
I was greeted right at the door by a gentleman Michael, he showed me the product I was looking for and advised other supplies to go with it , shook my hand and was very approachable.

The cashier was very friendly , and was very knowledgeable about the hiring process.

Prices were a little high but overall reasonable, store was clean and tidy and isles were clean of clutter.

Prices marked on all items and parking was clean as well.

Id recommend this hardware store before home depot or Lowes

Great prices,staff very helpful also other customers are very helpful !!! Store is very clean and organized. First time going there items not hard to find at all !! Lots of different things to look at , fire pits, different kinds great prices. Wooden furniture for outside, made well great prices !! I would have bought it but had car , might go back just for those pieces !! Water misters felt really good in this hot weather only $9.99 !! All in all very nice store !! Garrison square location !!

Wow, truly a great experience. The store is extremely clean and well stocked. They have everything you could ever need and they were priced very well. Light switches and receptacles were half the price they were at Lowes. They also even had stainless steel fittings, nobody has those! Their bulk hardware, tool section, garden tools, plumbing, and just everything is so well organized and easy to sort through. And just like any good hardware store they have popcorn there and vintage soda to top it off. I will definitely be a frequent customer and I will recommend this store to others. What a delight!

I feel very lucky to have such a great hardware store in the neighborhood. Their prices are fair, the shelves are always stocked, the store is very clean and well organized, they have many of the more obscure supplies and tools I used to have to go online for, and their hardware/fastener selection is probably the best I've ever seen. On top of all that, everyone I have ever worked with their is friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgable. To sum it up, Parkrose is always my first stop for any home improvement needs.

I absolutely love park rose Hardware. They are so good with helping there customers and , never are slacking on the floor working! . there very prompt and glad to help! And they really know how to siresly , match your paint sample's, they made me so happy! Cause three to four times Walmart can't do it after they say sure no problem!. So they got stuck with the paint they mixed and matched! ( not)!. For me! . now I can honestly say! Parkrose Hardware! ROCK'S! Thank you for caring about your customers! It has made a difference! For me and hundreds of people! All you employees ! Should be very proud! . iam being totoly sincere! .

Not sure what all the sniffling is about I've never had any issues with the staff I've always been able to find everything I need and if I can't a staff member is always willing to help. It's a great Parkrose Hardware location close to home. Not the place to buy a sheet of plywood and two-by-fours but everything else is here!

I have always received helpful, knowledgeable service from this store and the one on 162nd. I get a lot from Home Depot and Lowes because of vet discount but knowledgeable employees there are hit and miss.

Once at this store i had some glass cut and since the fellow was relatively inexperienced he gave me a very good discount. I don't ordinarily do reviews but after reading negative reviews at the two mentioned above i asked myself where have i had excellent hardware experience. Parkrose and Ace. From now on they get more of my business.

Great experience shopping at Parkrose today. Mounting ADA grab bars to bathroom wall and needed drywall anchors. The gentleman working in the hardware section asked if we needed help, then proceeded to show us the best drywall anchors for the job, and the machine screws to match. Very helpful! Thanks Parkrose.

Far and away the best selection of tools and hardware around... I'm a construction guy and when I need a particular fastener or tool (power or hand) these folks have almost always got it in stock. The good stuff too; not the "use it 3 times and file it in the trash" brands either.

Parkrose is the place to go. Everyone is very nice and willing to help you out. And if they don't have something you need they'll offer an alternative or tell you where else you can get it. 10/10 highly recommend!

I needed to purchase a garbage can and pick up curbside. After trying to purchase at the Hazel Dell location without success I called the 8000 Mill Plain location and received fantastic customer service from Sherri. She gave outstanding customer service and I was more than satisfied by the experience!

Everyone there is awesome. I was there today around 430 ....this employee dont remember her name but she was off and they were backed up maybe 6 or 8 customers checking out. She didnt hesitate, jumped inand helped out. The popcorn smells really good in there too... yummyyy....

The best hardware store experience available. Everything you could ever imagine and there are professionals to help you along the way. Have a bolt or clip or anything at all that needs replaced??? This is the place to go. Don't go to a "contractor store" when you have access to this gem!!

This place has the best selection of bolts and nuts and various hardware I've ever found. Parkrose has been key in many of my welding and custom projects.
